Our quiet dead end street is right off of the main road and very close to Walmart, restaurants, local beach areas, sugarloaf mountain, and the little red river! Fee sent if over max capacity.

Best place in Arkansas for a peaceful getaway, just 30 minutes to Mountain View, 25 minutes to Batesville. Walk to the water. Perfect for reading, working (great wifi), relaxing, fishing, boating, birdwatching, spending time outdoors, and watching movies. Great for couples. Master has a king bed, guest room has a queen bed. I don’t recommend bunks for adults. Couch and smart tv perfect for movie nights.

Unique Terrace Studio Apartment on Batesville's Historic Main Street. The building has been in my family since it was built in the 40s and I love being able to share the apartment with my guests. It has been gutted to the studs and has new furniture and appliances. Urban/industrial feel. Can access from Main Street (must walk down flight of stairs) or can park in back on ground level (one step).

Cottonwood cabin is very charming and comfortable, the screened porch is what sold us, with all the bugs in Arkansas. Not real close to Mountain View but close enough. Very close to the Ozark Folk Center and Blanchard springs caverns.

The cabin was squeaky clean and supplied with many thoughtful items. The furniture was comfortable and allowed us to stretch out and lounge while enjoying movies and each other's company. It was so nice to relax on the back porch with the rocking chairs overlooking the creek below while enjoying our morning coffee and also while cooking out on the grill. I was pleased to find that the porch was just as clean as the house, free of wasp and spider webs. Our host was very quick to reply to our questions and communicated very well. I hope to be able to visit again, lol, hopefully during a time that isn't so rainy so that we may explore the creek and surrounding trails. We had a very relaxing and pleasant experience. 10/10 we recommend!

Cute cabin very close to Greer’s Ferry Lake. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Hosts were extremely responsive when we had questions. We’ve stayed here several times and hope to be back next year!

the concept is cool and well executed. Batesville may be a bit boring but if there's something to do you aren't far from it. the container is comfortable and honestly I never noticed the train. If I ever come back I would absolutely hope I could find this unit

Modern Cabin w/Pool & Hot Tub

We absolutely loved staying here! The house was beautiful and the views were seriously breathtaking. We went to Blanchard springs caverns and some local restaurants which were really good, but we spent the majority of our stay in the pool and the hot tub. It was such a peaceful stay, very tranquil and private. Our dog had a great time exploring the land. Edie ensures you have everything you could possibly need in the house and at the pool. We will definitely be coming back the next time we want to go on a getaway in the mountains!
