The River House: Relax in the Marche's Natural Setting

Wake up to the sound of the river. The River House is a recently renovated farmhouse immersed in the Marche countryside, where time slows down and silence is the true luxury. A large open space with a fully equipped kitchen and living area accommodates up to 8 people. The three double bedrooms guarantee privacy and comfort, with air conditioning and a Smart TV in each room. The two spacious bathrooms complete the picture. Outside, there is a barbecue, a garden, just nature, the open air, and the river.

Visit the fantastic city of Loreto while staying in our lovely apartment equipped with everything you need! We have two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with a single bed. In the kitchen you will find everything you need, dishes, pots, pans, coffee machine, etc. The bathroom with shower is equipped with a washing machine and hairdryer. The accommodation enjoys a strategic location, we are a 15-minute walk from the Sanctuary, 6.5 km from the sea. We look forward to welcoming you.

The Taverna is located in the basement of our villa, with separate entrance. It is modern and located near the seafront of Numana in the exclusive district of Taunus. 60sqm open space..it' s our sweet home not an hotel. Immersed in the quiet you reach the beach via a path in 5 minutes or by free bus 50 meters from the house. The seafront is perfect for walks to the port and the beautiful "spiaggiola". It is full of delicious seafood restaurants. We ask flexibility for the check in.
