Great place to stay. Easy access and parking. Very clean place.

Joe was an outstanding host! 😊 We had a little bit of a noise concern and Joe came right over and tended to it immediately. I was extremely impressed. I was there for a Snowsports conference which was at the JW Marriott. The distance was perfect! Oh and the view was evvverrything! I would sit on the patio deck and relax while writing my book. It was perfect! Initially, I thought I could enter the condo from the front but it is on the side or the back. Either way, I figured it out! 😊 Most definitely, recommend! Keep in mind it's coastal living (I.e., someone mentioned the furniture), thus the furniture aligned with the theme. Considering Miami is normally my stomping ground, this was a nice change of pace! Enjoy! 😊

Most amazing view from this location. You could see dolphins and manatees from the balcony. The beach was so clear with endless shells. I was there for a week and the view blew me away every day and I didn't want to leave. Super clean and appreciated two bathrooms. Looks exactly if not better than photos. Great professional host and prompt. Definitely go back

Karen’s place was perfect for our stay on Marco Island. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the bedding so much Karen sent me the links to where I can buy them online. Watching the sunrise on the lanai was so peaceful. There were only a few people periodically at the pool area for the entire 4 day stay which made it feel like we had the resort to ourselves. The entire experience was relaxing and felt like home. We were sad to leave and definitely recommend anyone looking for a quiet, laid back getaway to Marco Island to book this place. Our favorite meal was the grouper sandwich at the island gypsy. We loved the Bargain Basket Thrift Shop right down the street. If you forget to pack something, check this place out for high quality second hand items for amazing prices.

Home Review: Great condo on the beach, perfect for two adults. It is small, but exactly as described and pictured. Super clean, fun decor (beachy and modern). Bed was comfortable, nice linens and towels provided. A special thank you for including a beach tote with the chairs and umbrella. Wi-fi didn't consistently reach all the way out to patio when the door was closed, but it wasn't a big deal. Well equipped kitchen. Complex Review: It's a bit complicated at first at check in - there's a lot of information they give to you. It is a two key facility - one key for front door, beach access, elevator access and one for home access, but that's standard and a good security process. Reserved parking spot was a nice bonus. The bar/grill in building serves a GREAT cocktail and better than average bar food. Host: Easy communication, clear instructions, clear paperwork. We've been to Marco many times, both hotel and rental....would return here!

Mary was friendly, warm and kind and I'm so glad we were able to meet her in person! We were missing a pan and she graciously brought one over the next morning! We had a wonderful stay! Everything was just as pictured and so quaint. We used the pull out couch and that was comfortable, too! Great location and we were able to easily walk to the JW Marriot, where our friends were staying. She had towels and a cooler that we used for a breakfast on the beach. We had the pool almost to ourselves later in the afternoon. It offered both shade and sun. I hope to be back again!

The apartment it’s beautiful, clean and with everything you might need. Sarah and Kevin were always super kind, nice and helpful. 100% recommended!!!! I hope I can go back soon :)

Pamela’s place was great! It was very nicely decorated and homey. It is also well-situated with it being close to the pool, parking garage, laundry room, elevators, and trash chute. It was extremely well stocked with all the kitchen, entertainment, and beach/pool basics. The location is also fabulous. The entire complex is very well taken care of, the security is top-notch, and it is very peaceful. The beach was also amazing! I have never been to a beach with so many pretty seashells and the water was a beautiful green color with little to no sargassum. There is also lots of beautiful wildlife, ranging from rabbits, pelicans, turtles, and even dolphins. Furthermore, it is also very close to multiple restaurants. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Pamela’s place! 10/10.

We had a wonderful week at Nancy’s place! It was just right for my husband, me, and our small dog. Location is great and it’s an easy walk to the beach! While small, the apartment has all the necessities. We particularly liked that there is a bike rack and the house is beside a bike path.

Lisa was an excellent host. She was quick to respond and very helpful acclimating to the area. The Airbnb is located conveniently to many area activities. We stayed for a month and never ran out of things to do. The pool was a nice plus for Florida weather. Overall, we would highly recommend Lisa’s place to anyone who wants a quality place to stay in the Fort Meyers area.

Christopher's condo is modern, well-organized, clean, accessible to golfing, and full of other amenities. We love the beautiful view of the lighted, water fountain in the courtyard from the balcony. It was a wonderful weekend getaway for us to enjoy Naples and Marco Island. Highly recommended for those visiting the area!

We liked this spot! The flat was clean, neat and had everything one could need to cook and cater at home. It was just my wife and I so plenty of space for us. We liked the marina, pool was great! Also the location was perfect for our needs, near enough to Naples and Marco Island, but a much more relaxed and peaceful setting! Also nice and near to Everglades adventures that we were mainly interested in!

This unit is wonderfully located, with a beautiful view of the shore. We usually prepare our b-fast & lunch in, then dinner out. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was great to have all the extras for the beach, chairs, cooler, toys, and umbrellas. We are grateful for a host with perfect communication skills, Thank you for that.

We had a great stay in the condo! There was Champagne to welcome us, and the unit was stocked with toiletries from shampoo and conditioner to sun tan lotion. Linens, towels and all the kitchen equipment appeared brand new. Thank you Andrew!!

vielen Dank für alles Sarah und Wesley, wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Das Condo hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht, besonders toll fanden wir auch das gute beach equipment und die Möglichkeit freie Golfrunden zu spielen. Auch die Poolanlage ist absolut traumhaft. Der beach ist in 25 Min. erreichbar und Restaurants sind genügend in der Nähe. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Wonderful stay. Unit was sooo very clean and had everything we needed for 5 days. Comfy bed, great sunsets. Easy access to the beach. Having the restaurant in the building was a plus. We hope to return.

We’ve stayed at Mario’s place for several years in a row now, and it never disappoints. The unit is lovely—well-equipped, clean, and in a perfect location. Mario is incredibly helpful and responsive, always going above and beyond—he even found Easter activities for our kids when we stayed during the holiday. We keep coming back for a reason and look forward to many more years and memories here.

Cannot say enough about this condo. It was incredible from the clean and chic style to the outstanding view! It was comfortable and felt like home. The host was so gracious and they had extra towels and kitchen supplies. I loved cooking in the kitchen and then eating a wonderful meal gazing at the gorgeous ocean view from the dining room where we sat in style! Thank you again for an amazing experience during our stay. I would book this condo again!

We had a wonderful stay; everything was exactly as described and met our expectations. The space was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. Overall, a great experience.

Inga-Lill is a friendly, gracious, responsive host. The apartment is well-positioned on the top floor of a high-rise building; truly wonderful views of Gulf, Tigertail Beach, natural preserve. The pool was a nice bonus and the complex and building were generally very quiet. Inga-Lill even provided a closet full of games, puzzles, everything needed for the beach, including a cart. We would definitely recommend!

Dan, The condo was beautiful, clean and modern. The condo is located at the best end of the island near a lot of restaurants. The beach and pool access is right there. All and all my wife and I had a great experience. In my experience this was much better than Hilton Head or Naples. I would give it 5 stars out of 5.

My husband and I stayed here with our 7 month old for our first vacation with her and it was perfect. Jessica was super communicative and responsive to any questions I had - for instance I asked about a pack and play and though the unit didn’t have any, she gave directed me to local places that actually rent baby gear. The location is top notch. You can’t beat it. Private access to the beach and even for a Memorial Day weekend it wasn’t too crowded or noisy. The unit had all the necessities needed for a few days, and lots of beach gear available. The bed was comfortable and the buildings itself was quiet. We loved starting and ending our days on the balcony overlooking the water. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo matched the online pictures perfectly. It’s beautifully decorated and very clean. The owner has the kitchen stocked with anything you could ever need during your stay. The storage closet contains all items you need for the beach - chairs, umbrella, coolers, beach bags, beach toys - and you can even find refreezable ice blocks for the cooler available in the freezer. She has thought of everything! We loved the patio overlooking the pool and had coffee there every morning and then ended our evening in same spot. The heated pool was great, very well maintained and the people we chatted with were all friendly and welcoming. Despite the fact that there is a popular restaurant on site, the property is extremely quiet at night. We ate at that Tiki Bar one evening, and also enjoyed dinner at Snook’s and breakfast at Doreen’s Cup of Joe several times during our stay. Great recommendations also from the owner. Our vacation on Marco Island in this condo was wonderful!
