Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Marco Island

We had a fantastic time staying at this beautiful home in Naples, FL. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and just a short drive to the beach and great restaurants. The house itself was spotless and very well-maintained, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. A really thoughtful touch was the welcome snacks and bottle of wine waiting for us on the counter—it was such a nice surprise and much appreciated after a day of travel. The backyard was definitely a highlight. Between the clean, inviting pool and hot tub and the spacious lanai, it felt like our own private oasis. The lanai was perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening—it really added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the space. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples, and we'd love to stay here again!

Very happy with stay/house/amenities/pool/spa. Newer construction with tall ceilings, beautiful appointments, bathrooms, fixtures and appliances. Kitchen provided with every imaginable item needed to cook and entertain. Salt water pool and spa were wonderful and overlook canal intersection. Lovely step down from pool to wrap-around deck overlooking canal. Easily accommodated larger family gathering for dinner/swimming. Certainly one of the nicest homes we've visited in Florida. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Gale’s place! The house was spotless and felt incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. The social area is perfect for spending time together, whether you're relaxing or entertaining. The outdoor space was a highlight—plenty of things for the kids to do, a great pool, and lots of fun toys and activities that kept everyone busy and happy. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook, including high-quality appliances, which made meal prep super convenient. You can tell that Gale has thoughtfully considered every detail to make the stay enjoyable and stress-free. One thing to note is that Downtown Naples is about a 20-minute drive away—not an issue for us at all, but something to keep in mind if you’re looking to be very close to the city center. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property I enjoyed my stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Michael’s home. The space is clean, new and modern. The home was easy to find and the lock box was easy to use. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has all things needed to grill or cook in, closets have extra towels, pillows and bedding. There was also a variety of items if you have babies/toddlers. If you plan to take day trips to the beach, there are beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a small cooler. There are also bikes in the garage. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. The pool and outdoor space are so comfy, we loved eating outside and watching NBA and NHL playoffs on the patio TV. Oh, and the TVs all had Xfinity boxes to watch live TV! Also enjoyed having morning coffee on the back patio and taking in the serenity of the canal. I would recommend this home if you are planning a stay in Cape Coral!!

We holiday twice a year in and around the waterways. This property is without doubt the best we have stayed in. The location, the furniture, everything in the house was excellent. Crissy was always on hand and on a couple of occasions had some items delivered immediately to the house…. Such a superb host and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was a problem at all for her…. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

This was probably the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed at! It was a great stay! The only challenge was the 3rd bedroom now has bunk beds so sleeping for adults presented a challenge but we used an air mattress. But just so others know that room is best suited for children. Beautiful area and so peaceful and quiet!!

Great area and nice place to stay in to get away. Huge place for a family! No pool but to get away and relax is all that is needed! I felt right at home! You will enjoy this place

We have stayed at this location a few times and love the location. We love to walk and it is a perfect distance from the beach, shops, coffee shops, and restaurants.

Beautiful condo in a quiet and beautiful resort. Highly recommend this clean, quiet and restful condominium. Host was helpful and responsive. I would rent again in the future!

We had a great time here. The pool is right outside the unit and we had it mostly to ourselves. Unit was spacious and clean with a beautiful backyard and nice lanai for drinking coffee in the mornings. The beach is just a few minute drive and there's a good pizza place 3 minutes away. Beds were super comfy and there are plenty of beach and bath towels, as well as other beach items (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, toys, etc.). We would definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed staying here. It was quiet and relaxing inside and out. So easy to park right in front of the place so I didn’t even need to take my suitcase out. Great patio to sit and soak in the sun filtering through the beautiful tree. Bluetooth speakers inside were great too. The host responded within the minute. Very fast response. And the place was priced very well.

Location, location, location! This place is the best, if you're looking for easy walks, as it is situated in the heart of Old Naples, just a 10 minute walk to the Naples Pier and beautiful beaches. One block from great restaurants, and retail shops. The Saturday Farmers Market is a must visit! The condo is perfect for two people, clean, comfortable and easy access on the first floor with no stairs to climb! Enjoyed the use of the large pool during our visit. Only a 15 minute walk away is the infamous Fifth Avenue. Overall a very fun experience and convenient place to stay!

Absolutely incredible stay. Beautiful home with every amenity needed. Very kid-friendly with many games, activities and pool toys. Was fun to see huge iguanas by the canal. We enjoyed cooking outside by the pool and watching the sunsets over the canal. Loved the home so much we didn't want to leave! Perfect family getaway and close to Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches. Would love to return.

Second time visiting Hang house!!!! Everything was spark clean and organize. The family had a great time in the pool and the weather was not an issue since the pool heater was working perfectly fine. Very quiet neighborhood and private backyard. We loved Hang’a house and we’re planing on coming back for sure!!!

We had a great time in Cape Coral thanks in large part to the perfect house. David’s place felt brand new and had everything you would need on a vacation. The outdoor area with sand pit, pool, hot tub, and kitchen was ideal for relaxing, swimming and dining. Being on the canals also made for great views. Robert from the management team was very helpful from the day we got there, and if there were any questions they were answered immediately. We’ve stayed in many houses through Cape Coral, and this one was by far the best. Will definitely try and stay here again.

The house is a great property. It felt like my own house. Super clear, smelled like a nice hotel, pool was pristine, and what was very important to me, was that it did not feel like a rental place. Everything is high quality and in great shape. The house is well equipped with anything you cloud need. The only thing I would warn folks that are bothered with noises is that the house in next to a busy road. It this not bother me at all, but I think it is fair to point out too. Regarding Gabriel, he was simply amazing responding fast (I mean within minutes) and also addressing my questions. I have rented vacation properties at least 20 times and this is the first time I was absolutely satisfied with the property. It does not feel like a rental. Thanks so much Gabriel!

Bryan was a fantastic host! His place was exactly as described- clean, comfortable, and in a great location. He was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had, and he offered some great local tips. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful, clean and perfect for families. The pictures don’t do it justice! Pool was lovely and well maintained. Lots of beach items for use in the garage. Neil and Keely were very kind and responsive. Tons of space for our large family. Would definitely go back!

What a lovely quiet neighborhood. Just what I was looking for. The house was well appointed with furniture and kitchen accoutrements. The towels and linens were lovely. The decor very much a modern beach theme. The propane tank for the grill was empty however I found a full one in the garage. Bravo! There were beach chairs in the garage and a cooler also. It would have been nice to know that. Could I have parked in the garage? A few take aways. The lock on the door doesn’t work for you until after the 4pm check-in time unless you pay extra. If you leave earlier than the checkout time however there is no refund. The hot tub was not heated however in 90 degree heat it may be protocol to not heat it. It would have been nice to have a heads up when services were to be performed on the property such as grass cutting, pest control, and pool cleaning. The facts that all these things were taken care of was a fabulous benefit! I loved staying in this home! I would rent it again!

Great place and relaxing, I highly recommend it. Kids and grandkids had a great time.
