Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Marco Island

We reserved this as a vacation bonus for our employees. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything you could possibly need for the beach is provided there. We had an issue with the fridge/freezer and the response to get this repaired (eventually replaced) was very fast. Everyone that we dealt with regarding our stay was very friendly and helpful. Definitely a place we would like to return to some day in the future.

We had a wonderful week at the beach at this property! The view is amazing and I loved sitting on the balcony and drinking my coffee in the morning. My family enjoyed the beach accessories that they share with their guests. I would highly recommend this property for an enjoyable beach vacation!

Great place to kick back and relax by the great pool.

The apartment is new, very clean, spacious and exactly as described. We loved our stay and used the pool area and other amenities provided by the complex. It is surrounded by multiple new restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Small, but gorgeous property, amazing views, good part of town. Love the easy checkout, which was simply "lock the doors, we will take care of the rest". Highly recommended property!

Beautiful sunsets from the balcony every evening! Gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are in great condition with morning open play. We really enjoyed our stay. Extremely clean place and well maintained and updated.

We’ve stayed at Mario’s place for several years in a row now, and it never disappoints. The unit is lovely—well-equipped, clean, and in a perfect location. Mario is incredibly helpful and responsive, always going above and beyond—he even found Easter activities for our kids when we stayed during the holiday. We keep coming back for a reason and look forward to many more years and memories here.

My family and I had a wonderful spring break week at Hoot's condo. It was exactly as described and pictured, and was the perfect home base for exploring Marco Island and its beaches! Everything went very smoothly from check-in to departure. He had lots of helpful recommendations as well.

Dovile's condominium was perfect for our family of four. It was just like the pictures and was very clean and well stocked. It was also very convenient to Naples, Marco and the Everglades. We loved being able to walk to tennis, pickleball and the pool and we really enjoyed the wonderful golf at Lely! Dovile's responses were always extremely timely, kind and answered any and all of our questions. We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again! Sarah as place was a really lovely spot in Marco Island. Easily walkable to nearby restaurants. It was a short walk to the beach and overlooked some beautiful sunsets. The balcony was L shaped so you could get views to the west but also some shaded spots too. Very well appointed with lots of equipment ( in the Kitchen , plenty towels and great chilling out space in the sitting area) Sarah was really prompt at answering any questions and dealt very swiftly with a couple of minor issues. Would highly recommend this property

Condo was very nice and well furnished. Dan and Sandy were very responsive and helpful. Only regret is the distance to the beach/ocean. It was a very long walk one way or thru lagoon and mangroves. The beach is gorgeous once you are there. We actually drove to South Beach Public Access. The walk was better and nice beach.

This condo and host were absolutely perfect. Beautiful location, condo was wonderful and host was extremely responsive to all of our needs.

Marvin’s place was clean and very cozy. Our biggest gripes was the distance to the gulf. It’s correct that you’re 4 minutes away from the beach, but you’re also an additional 10 minutes walk from the water. He had a ton of beach amenities (umbrellas, coolers, chairs, toys, wagon, etc) so we were very satisfied with everything provided. The place was very clean and cozy.

I had a wonderful time at Michelle's house. The place is beautiful and very clean, but we definitely fell in love with the pool area. Its beautiful design, along with the tiki bar, will make you spend hours without getting bored. You'll also find plenty of utensils to prepare your meals. If there's something I should point out, it's that they don't allow you to use the grill and the sink in the tiki bar, which I found a bit disappointing. I also want to point out that the house has 5 bedrooms, but only two are actually equipped for adults. The other two are children's rooms, and the third is a living room. In two of the bedrooms, my family had to sleep on inflatable mattresses. As a recommendation, it would be nice if all the rooms were equipped with conventional beds. Also, on the last day of our stay, a neighbor came over with a bad attitude to ask me to turn down the music; it was 6:00 PM and not even the music was that loud. Other than that, my overall rating is wonderful. Thanks.

Loved our stay here. Villa was as described and exactly like in the pictures. Private gym well equipped and ready to use. Super quiet, friendly neighbourhood but close to amenities. Anja, from the villa rental company was super helpful. Would highly recommend and like to stay again.

This was our second time staying here and it was great. Me and my family were a bit nervous about the house since it was post both hurricanes but Jennifer was great at responding and made us feel comfortable. The house was great and so was the pool.

This is our second year in a row staying at Bob’s home. We absolutely love the property. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants and many other things to do. The home is in great shape, very clean and all the amenities you need to enjoy the property! We will definitely book again.

This place was prettier than I remembered from the photos! The pool area is fantastic, and the overall layout of the house was great. It was very comfortable and clean, and my boys absolutely loved all the fun stuff in the garage! It was only a 5 minute drive to the Foxtail Coffee nearby, as well as many other restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!
