We had a fantastic stay! The home was spotlessly clean, and communication with the host was easy and prompt throughout. The beds were super comfortable, and we especially appreciated the soft sheets and cozy couch—perfect for relaxing after beach days. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach, and the provided beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cart, etc.) made it all so easy. Everything felt well cared for and thoughtfully stocked.

Hopes place was beautiful. It is brand new and in a great location. Every amenity was there and it felt like home. The only issue I had was the smoke detector battery died at 2am and that noise is loud and doesn’t stop until you fix it. Hope had it fixed the next morning. The other issue odd we rented paddle boards for the weekend thinking we could use the dock to lower them in be water but it was broke and wouldn’t be fixed at all to use. We had already paid so lost money on that. I would definitely stay here again even with the few issues we had. Hope was very responsive and we loved being on the water. Went fishing right off the dock and caught fish. Amazing place with a few hiccups.

Our stay was amazing. The house is exactly as described and the host was very responsive. I asked to check out a little later and the host was very accommodating. Great backyard and we fished off the canal. Overall I would absolutely come back and stay here again. Thank you for being so flexible!

We had the most wonderful time in this home. We think it was one of the most beautiful Airbnb's we have rented. My husband and I traveled with 5 teenage boys. The home was perfect. The layout was outstanding and each room was just what was needed. The location can't be beat and Koury supplied bikes which was a massive perk. The boys were able to easily bike to the beach, shops, restaurants, and then relax in the pool after a long day. Koury was responsive both before and during our stay when I had a few questions. We honestly can't say enough! We would definitely return if we decide to go back to Marco Island!!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for us, clean, and loved being on the water. The dock area is wonderful if you have a boat. Matt's communication is top-notch. I would highly recommend!

We felt so at home here and wish we had planned to stay longer. Jorge goes above and beyond to make sure everything is top notch. The house was beautifully decorated, well stocked and the furniture was super comfortable. The pool was our favorite. It was pristine! We had a great time just winding down and relaxing on the porch and in the pool for 3 days. Such a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Life really is good here! Can’t wait to return one day soon!

House is very nice, has pretty much everything you would need and good quality. Great location super quiet area and located perfectly on island. 100% recommend this house. Rob the owner is very fast to reply. I have to say one of the best things at the house is a refrigerator in the garage, we never had to jam kitchen frig with beer & water etc. We have a lot of years experience on Marco and this house will be our first choice next year.

The house was absolutely beautiful and had such a warm, welcoming feel from the moment we arrived. Everything was in perfect working order, and we didn’t encounter a single issue during our weekend stay. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind—highly recommend! We had a wonderful stay! We stayed in Marco for the entire week prior at another property, extended for business, and spent our last 5 days on the island here. We ended up loving this property more than the first house! Location was private, so clean, and felt just like home. I love to cook and had everything I needed to prepare and serve meals. Great sun in the pool area, even with the lanai. The greatest thing was Lisa being so hospitable in allowing us to come early to drop off our belongings in the garage and place our perishable items in the refrigerator so they wouldn’t ruin in between checking out of one house and into another. All around exceptional home, outstanding hospitality, and would love to return!

Magnificent in Marco - Lisa’s home is perfectly accommodating, expansive and the ideal location for friends and/or family to gather for a beach retreat. The rooms are large and comfortable the living area welcoming and the backyard pool and sitting area were the best way to end a day at the beach. Can’t recommend this home more! Great stay and great host!

We had a fantastic stay, and could not recommend David’s place more! It’s on a quiet, secluded street and the grounds are pristine. The property looks exactly as pictured and is beyond clean and well kept. The houses gave us room to spread out and we especially loved the pickleball court. The pool is large and there is plenty of outdoor space. David was always quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely not hesitate to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as advertised!!!! We actually spent a lot of time at the house because it was so peaceful and relaxing! We had such a wonderful stay . The house is fabulous . So spacious for our family of 7 . Very child friendly indeed . Our toddlers loved the pool which was screened and therefore very safe . Lovely surroundings , quiet and peaceful with good access to shops and beach . This home is beautiful and feels so welcoming and extremely comfortable . Kate is very responsive and helpful .

Kristina’s place was PERFECT! A beautiful home in a great area, had everything we needed and more- ample beach toys, chairs, towels, wagon, etc., etc.! When we weren’t at the beach, we spent all of our time by the pool. The outdoor sitting area and the little kitchenette were the perfect spot to hang out after a day at the beach! Would definitely stay again! 10/10!

Kelly’s place was incredible! For those of you with kids, this is prime location as it is right next to a large park and splash pad! The inside was so comfortable - lots of extra blankets made this more comfortable than most places I have stayed in the past. There are so many outdoor seating areas - my happy place was the front screened in porch where I drank my coffee every morning and ended each night. The pool is not heated - our weather (low 80s and sunny) made that fine but it would probably be a little chilly for swimming if it’s a lot cooler than that if you prefer warmer water. The pool was so clean and beautiful and got a ton of use! There are both sunny and shaded areas to hang out by the pool. Thank you Kelly for your hospitality and making our stay so comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and the location was ideal! It was a 10 minute walk to the beach and the pool was clean and beautiful! Upon arrival, there were some stained and sunscreen covered cushions and furniture on the lanai that made us hesitant to sit out there. For the hefty price we paid, we expected cushions and furniture to be clean! The hosts were super responsive and even allowed us to check in an hour early! Overall a very nice stay!

What a beautiful cozy home! From the moment we walked through the door, Karen’s home hugged and welcomed us. Just as described and pictured, clean and beautifully decorated (we loved all of the beachy decor). The burrowing owls were a highlight nextdoor and throughout this lovely island. Thank you for thinking of every detail and all of the little extras you provide…can’t wait to go back someday!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful Marco Island home! The house was spotless and stunning, with a gorgeous back patio overlooking the infinity pool and the peaceful canal. We especially loved using the boat lift — it made our trip extra special. My family and I created beautiful, lifelong memories here, and we’re so grateful to Michelle for opening up her home to us. Our stay at Leo and Ana's house was an extraordinary experience! The house is spacious, impeccably clean and very comfortable. It is located in a quiet area of Marco Island, ideal for relaxing, but at the same time close to everything you need: beaches, restaurants and shops. The interior is tastefully decorated with attention to detail. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing meals at home. The courtyard with pool is a true private paradise: ideal for having coffee in the morning or enjoying a quiet night under the stars.
