The beach house on the hill

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. Buderim Waterfalls are a 10 minute walk and other attractions like Australia Zoo, Sea life Mooloolaba, Ginger Factory, TreeTop challenge -Big Pineapple are within a 30 minute drive.

Escape the hustle at The Boat Shed, centrally located in the heart of Coolum Beach. Leave your car parked and take an easy stroll or a short ride to the beach, local cafés and shops. The cottage is a completely separate, stand-alone original beach shack. This 70s original shack has been converted into a tiny home with new and recycled materials to ensure you feel all the beach vibes and have a comfy stay.
