My villa is ideally situated just 15 minutes from the Geelong CBD and the surf beaches of Ocean Grove and 13th Beach. Most of the outstanding wineries on the Bellarine are within 30 minutes, and 5 minutes away you have Melbourne's biggest water theme park Adventure World. We are also only 90 minutes from Melbourne and the Great Ocean Road is 2 hours away. The villa is free standing with quality fittings throughout and is in a very quiet location with everything you need to have a relaxing break.

Cosy and comfy, Relax Max is suitable for up to 4 adults and or 2 adults and up to 3 kids. Off leash dog park 200m and 600m to dog beach. Dog friendly but no dogs on furniture or in beds! Quality cotton bed linen/towels no microfibre! Portacots, high chair, bouncer and stroller for infants. Large DVD collection, games/books for kids on rainy days. My house located in a beautiful lakeside, and it is only 5 min drive to the Point Lonsdale beach and lighthouse. Take a short stroll to the local cafe. Ride your bike in the endless Bellarine bike paths. Visit the various wineries around, or wander to the many nature reserves in the Bellarine.

It has great facilities for kids when the days are cold. It is also a short drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington olive groves and wineries, St. Leonards and the Bellarine coastal drive, and one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. The house is neat and clean. It is a great place to chill.

Perfect for 1 or 2 families, there is plenty of indoor and outdoor space. 3 bedrooms + 4th bunk room/movie room, 2 bathrooms, sleeping 8 guests. Cosy beach house with a gas log fireplace. The lounge room has a couple of comfy couches with a television, dvd player, chromecast and wifi. You will also find various games, puzzles and books. The dining area has a 6-person setting with a fully functioning kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms; one has a queen bed, the second a king single with trundle and the third a bunk (double with single bed). The bathroom has a shower over a bath with a separate toilet.
