Great experience! The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, well equipped and comfortable. The location is excellent, very close to the center and the main trades, which allowed us to do everything on foot, without needing the car. In addition, the view is beautiful, a differential that makes the stay even more enjoyable.

All perfect, great location, clean apartment with various amenities. Perfect environment for taking the family and also their pets. We'll be back soon!

I loved the care, affection and dedication in the reception of our stay. Fabiola treated us with great attention from the time we arrived until we left the house. Easily accessible location and very well located on the leisure street, I liked the privacy when checking in and out and the house is super cozy, I felt at home. I just wish the check-out was a little later, for example at 12 noon, but otherwise, everything was very smooth. They have towels, blankets and everything in the kitchen for use. I'm already thinking about going back again! :)

I loved spending the weekend in Parque do China, starting with Diego's apartment, which was very clean and comfortable, with a balcony that has a beautiful view of the park. The park has many activities, my son loved the place and I'm sure I left good memories for him.

About the place, a delight, all well clean, well tidy. The rooms are a little cramped, but nothing that hinders the dynamics of the house, which by the way is great in the common area, a lot of things to do, there is deck, pool, games and the whole covered barbecue area. Clariane is an extremely kind and welcoming person. She welcomed us with a beautiful coffee table! The house exceeded our expectations and I consider it beyond what was advertised. It is a beautiful, cozy residence and was extremely clean and fragrant. The available utensils met all our needs and the bed and bath linens were very clean and of great quality. The outdoor area is wonderful, very well decorated and functional. I hope for a new opportunity to return because my children and pet loved the place. If you haven't rented Casa da Moa yet, you don't know what you're missing! You will be enchanted by everything, from the view of the city at dawn and dusk to the coziness of the house!

A cozy and beautiful place, Barbara's chalet is spacious, has all the amenities, the barbecue area and the rustic wooden table are excellent for gathering the staff, the view is wonderful, comfortable beds, everything perfect. No defects. We will always be back for sure.

Our stay at Bárbara's apartment in Guarapari was simply perfect! We were welcomed by an extremely clean and organized space. Of all the Airbnbs that we have ever stayed, this was undoubtedly the most impeccable. Bed linen smelled like cleanliness and all the details were thought out with great affection.  The location is excellent, a few steps from the beach and close to everything we needed: bakery, restaurants, markets and shops. We left the car in the garage and did everything on foot. Communication with Bárbara was always fast and efficient. She was super attentive and helpful, answering all our questions. We did not have any problems during the stay, only moments of joy and relaxation. We strongly recommend Bárbara's apartment for those looking for an impeccably clean, well-located place with a host who cares about the well-being of guests. We will definitely return!

We had a small mishap at check-in time, but nothing to hinder our stay. The apartment is great, spacious and well ventilated and is located only 1 block to the beach. We like it so much that we recommend to acquaintances. The Sandra that received us was very friendly and very receptive. The porters Mr. Marcelo and Aldair always very friendly and willing to help. Excellent location,apartment met all my expectations. Nearby supermarket,bakery,pizzeria,bars,distributors . It was well worth it ,especially those who go with a small child. I will return other times for sure

Apartment just like the photos, very cozy and a great space, it's just the house with the furniture so you'll have to take everything to me, it wasn't a problem, just the kitchen that had the basics as he had already said, but missing a rice drainer that would be very useful and some basic bowls also to use in the kitchen, the bathroom was organized but it was clear that the cleaning was not very up to date because the floor and the walls were a little greasy and darkening, but the space and the apartment is very cozy, we will definitely come back again because we liked it a lot, close to the beach, supermarket, restaurant, and pharmacy nearby.
