Beachfront holiday rental in Maremmana

Die Wohnung ist einfach toll, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat das gewisse spezielle Etwas zum wohlfühlen und entspannen. Ich war damit sehr zufrieden! Es fehlt an nichts und das Meer direkt vor den Füssen ist natürlich auch genial. Marcella ist sehr nett, hat immer sehr rasch geantwortet und war super hilfreich (nicht persönlich kennengelernt, check in ging problemlos).

Great location, unspoilt and felt like 1950s Italy. Nice restaurants a short walk away and a short walk into Rapallo. The bay by the apartment was our favourite part with crystal clear water and a little bar selling ice creams, coffee and aperol spritz at weekends. Will definitely return, thank you!

Lovely place! Amazing roof terrace that we really enjoyed. The local beach restaurant where you get a small discount served excellent food.

L'alloggio é molto carino, pulito, e affaccia proprio sul mare. É situato proprio al centro di Portovenere, il che lo rende eccezionale per visitare, attraverso i traghetti, Le Cinque Terre e le isole intorno. Host amichevole e cordiale. Alloggio consigliato, ritornerei volentieri! 😊

This was our second stay, and as before we were very pleased. Everything matches the description perfectly, and Stefano always makes sure you feel taken care of. We highly recommend this place if you want a comfortable stay at a minute´s walk away from the beach. Just perfect. Thanks!

Really lovely stay! The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Very close to the beach. It’s lovely and quiet, in a residential area. It’s about a 30 min walk from the main square with a selection of restaurants and bars. There are restaurants closer. Would highly recommend!

What a fantastic place. Paolo met us at the train station to help us with our luggage and guide us to the apartment. Gave us great recommendations on how to spend our 3 days. Honestly I’m not sure I can imagine a better place in Riomaggiore. The flat is on the top floor with a great terrace that is shaded in the evening looking right down on the cove with a beautiful view of the water. We had happy hour up there every night. Everything was clean and modern. Having 2 levels created a lot of space in the apartment. Would stay there again in a heartbeat if coming back to Riomaggiore.

Geweldige vakantie gehad, zeer mooie omgeving met schitterende wandelingen en uitzichten. Dit alles met de super ondersteuning van Azzurra

une pépite ce logement !!!! dès le réveil jusqu'au coucher du soleil une vue à 180° d'un côté vue que la montagne de l'autre vue sur la mer ! ce cadre nous a directement apaisé, posé... La villa est dans 1 état irréprochable !!!! c'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons .... que dire de cathy..... à part quelle a été disponible à tout moment pour nous conseiller sur des sorties comme pour de délicieux restaurants ..... plages, activités, commerces (cathy et son mari ont 2 commerces où lon peut aussi trouver des pepites ), restaurants à proximité.... bref l'endroit idéale pour passer de vacances idylliques merci encore !!!!

un séjour court mais plus qu agréable, Christine est souriante , accueillante et bienveillante , la piscine est a l eau salé et a bonne temperature , le studio est charmant, très propre, tout y est. le jardin est bien entretenu, les fleurs et couleurs y sont nombreuses vraiment parfait merci bcp

Unsere Unterkunft in Calambrone bei Christine war ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten das große Glück, diese schöne Wohnung für fünf Nächte gefunden zu haben. Christine war sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Sie hat extra auf uns gewartet und uns bei der Ankunft alles in Ruhe gezeigt. Die Lage der Wohnung – und des Ortes insgesamt – ist zentral. Man erreicht alles schnell. In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt mit allem, was man braucht, und eine sehr gute Bäckerei. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten – wirklich ideal! Das war mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft, die wir bisher über Airbnb gebucht haben. Auch der Abschied war herzlich – Christine hat uns persönlich verabschiedet. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wieder einmal bei Christine wohnen zu dürfen. Nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank, Christine! Wir wünschen dir alles erdenklich Gute.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gut ausgestattet und hat es an nichts gefehlt :) die Kommunikation war top, Melisse hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter empfehlen !

Truely an amazing, magic and cozy oasis. The view, the house, the garden... it just made us happy! Probably one of the most special airbnbs you can imagine!

We chose this location as the first place to stay for our honeymoon trip and we really relaxed there. It was so quite, so calm, so intimate, it felt like home. The pool was clean, the view was amazing, so amazing that we preferred to prepare food or to buy something warm from the nearest Coop market and to eat it on our terrace than to go to a restaurant. The kitchen is small, you can prepare there only simple dishes. I totally recommend this house if you want privacy and a relaxing holiday.

Wir durften eine Woche bei Ingrid und Jean-Christophe zu Gast sein. Es war ein herrlicher Urlaub, der keine Wünsche unerfüllt gelassen hat! Die beiden sind sehr freundlich und überaus hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Die Anlage ist super geeignet für Familien mit Kindern, der eigene Pool ist herrlich und die direkte Meerlage hervorragend. Ein Highlight sind der Hund der beiden sowie die vielen lieben Katzen im Ort. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist am Ort vorhanden, der größere mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Die umliegenden Weingüter und Restaurants sind aber auch sehr zu empfehlen!

Cinque Terre was so lovely and magnificent that it matched Vittoria and Guiseppina! This place was so wonderful and spacious, perfect for our family of four. It’s tucked a tiny bit back from the main entrance of Riomaggiore so you get a view of the town and the port. And the view!! OMG, what dreams are made of. We used the terrace everyday; you soak in all of the goodness around you. As for the inside, it was so perfectly decorated and had everything we needed to make a small breakfast of eggs/toast/pancetta. We selfishly drank all of the coffee pods she left us, it was so delicious. She also left us crisps, cookies, candies, jams, and a bottle of wine (but we are not drinkers, thank you anyway!) We drove and they reserved a parking spot for us in town and walked us to the apartment. First class service if you ask me! The restaurant directly across was stellar, book in advance. You won’t regret your stay here and you won’t find nicer ladies to host you. Grazie mille!

Beautiful beach views and an incredible terrace to enjoy them from. The bed was super comfortable, the place was spotless, and check-in was a breeze. Great host – friendly, responsive, and really flexible with our changing arrival time. Highly recommend! Vista mozzafiato sulla spiaggia e una terrazza incredibile da cui godersela. Il letto era super comodo, la casa impeccabile e il check-in facilissimo. Host eccezionale – gentile, reattivo e davvero flessibile con il nostro orario di arrivo variabile. Consigliatissimo!

One of the best AirBnB’s we have stayed at! Perfect location steps from the train station….could not be closer….but still quiet. Seemed like the only place in Cinque Terre that did not require many steps to reach (only 5 inside the building). Better than the photos. Large main bedroom. 2nd bedroom was set up as twins…we should have changed it for more room, but serviceable. Everything was clean and modern. Great kitchen and living/dining room area. Lots of time spent having cocktails on the small balcony right on the promenade, people watching and enjoying the perfect view.

부모님 모시고 다시 오고 싶은 숙소였어요. 물품들이 세심하게 준비되어 있고, 침구들이 정말 깨끗합니다. 숙소 환경은 정말 평화로워서 새소리가 들리고 창문을 열면 레몬나무들이 푸르게 보여요. 해변이랑도 가까워서 수영하고 젤라또 먹으면서 집으로 걸어갈 수 있는게 제일 좋았어요. 또한 드럼세탁기용 세제 및 세탁기가 잘 구비되어 있어서 물놀이하고 빨래하기 좋아요. 저는 세탁세제를 들고다녀서 사용하지 않았지만 세심하다고 느꼈던 부분입니다. 테라스에 빨랫줄도 설치되어 있어서 좋은 햇살에 빨래를 말릴 수 있었어요. 화장실도 너무 깨끗하고, 적절한곳에 조명들이 셋팅되어 있어서 솔직히 사진보다 더 좋았습니다.

J’ai passé un super séjour dans ce logement. Il est parfaitement situé, très propre et spacieux J’ai été accueilli par lucia avec qui le courant est super bien passé. Elle m’a conseillé des restaurant super bien. Franchement super hôte qui vous accompagne du début jusqu’à la fin. Merci pour tout j’ai passé un excellent séjour chez vous je reviendrais ! Et je recommande à 100%

Carlotta’s accomodation is by far the best Airbnb that we have ever stayed in. Not only is it in the most picturesque place, but it is the perfect location to enjoy some privacy, the marina and the gorgeous little town. Carlotta and her Dad looked after us incredibly well, gifting us with a bottle of Prosecco, homemade limoncello and the most delicious cannoli. We were so touched by their thoughtfulness. The accomodation is clean and fits the description perfectly. If you’re thinking about doing Cinque Terre this is absolutely the best pick of the accomodation. 10/10

We loved this Airbnb. The pictures don’t even do it justice, it’s gorgeous! Overall we had an amazing stay here. It is at the top of the hill so be sure to be okay with walking and lots of steps. Because it’s on the top of the hill it has THE BEST VIEWS!! The views made the place 100% worth it and such a good deal in my opinion. They even gave us champagne to welcome. The lighting is amazing and the space was clean and had AC which was perfect because it was so hot out. It’s also only a short walk to Riomaggiore which was nice because then we didn’t have to take as many trains. The host also gave us a restaurant recommendation and walked us to our place which was very helpful. Overall I would highly recommend this property! 😊
