Designed by the architectural firm Carlito and Renata Pascucci, the house was conceived to have a stripped-down and intimate atmosphere. Wherever you look, it is a cabin from which to enjoy the forest and the privileged view of the Serra do Mar mountain range. A place where you can have absolute silence, but close to the hustle and bustle of Maresias with its restaurants, markets and nightclubs.

Casa NOVA, very charming, located 300 meters from the beach, just a 3-minute walk. It's at the entrance to the condominium. Sobaia, a very quiet place, with no noise and a beautiful view of the Serra do Mar. Well ventilated with high ceiling, ceiling fan and air-conditioning in all rooms, mosquito netting on all windows and doors. It accommodates up to 6 people in two bedrooms, one for a couple with a queen-size bed and the other with 2 bunk beds. Super equipped with a private pool and a wonderful barbecue!

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing.
