The place is very nice. It is in a great location next to champagne row. Everything is in easy walking distance. It is a very clean place, and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. I would recommend the accommodation.

Inside the apartment is definitely good, everything is clean, comfortable mattress and pillows, the owner responds quickly to any questions. Among the disadvantages: it was not possible to open the windows, since the apartment is on the ground floor and directly opposite the windows there are garbage cans on the courtyard side.

We had a great stay, the place is exactly as described, with a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed. We loved to relax in the little patio with the big couch and flowers!

We had a wonderful time in Ay! The studio was clean and cozy, with a beautiful garden. Within walking distance, there was a supermarket and bakery, and it was a nice base to explore the area. For a longer stay, the studio is probably a bit cramped, but 3 nights for two was no problem.

Perfect one-night stay before an unforgettable flight! I spent the night in Reims ahead of my L‑39 Albatros flight based at Reims Prunay Aerodrome, and this Airbnb was just ideal. The place was clean, quiet, and matched the description exactly. It’s centrally located, just a short walk from the cathedral and a wide selection of excellent restaurants. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check‑in seamless. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Reims, whether it’s for aviation adventures or sightseeing!

Lovely apartment at great location! Centre and Avenue de Champagne in walking distance. Free parking at the street and als autobox (thats a bit small so you need good parking skills and a tight body to get in and out :)). But relax... after a few glasses of the best champagne you forget about dealing with this. The host Fred is a great guy and also sells magnificant Champagne, feel free to ask him about it.

We had a lovely stay at Ludivine’s place for a girls trip to Reims. The location is great, central but quiet. It’s very spacious and nicely decorated. The communication with the host was very smooth and we had good recommendations from the host as well. I’d highly recommend Ludivine’s place if you wanna stay in the center of Reims.

It went very well during our stay. The arrival instructions sent by Thibaut were very clear. The accommodation is very beautiful, very well equipped (we really enjoyed having a dishwasher and a washing machine for example) and it is decorated with great taste. We recommend it without hesitation!

a wonderful stay in a brilliantly located apartment. The flat was exactly as described with plenty in the well stocked kitchen. Perfectly located with amenities near by. It is on the third floor with fairly steep narrow stairs so may not be ideal for someone with mobility issues but perfect for us. Vincent was helpful and responsive. although we didn't need anything as the flat was just as expected.

We had a very nice stay at Léo & Pierre's, thank you for that. The apartment is a small gem in the middle of Reims, very clean and with a wonderful terrace, which we enjoyed very much. The host was always very responsive to requests. We would come back.

This was a beautifully presented cottage in a gorgeous rural part of Champagne. Amelia was a wonderful host who gave us great recommendations for restaurants and smaller Champagne houses to visit. Definitely worth a visit and we would lovevto stay again.

Accommodation located in a very quiet area (what we were looking for) and as described.

I left a 5 star reviews because Catherine was a communicative and flexible host. The location was perfect in the champagne region and just close enough to Reims. A few things to know is that there are a lot of stairs, the A/C is controlled by the host & the heat/cold on the sinks and baths are backwards. It was nice for a weekend getaway, thank you!

Céline and her husband were charming hosts, very responsive and helpful for each of our requests. A superb cocoon to enjoy two nights of well-being as a couple. The facilities are optimal and work perfectly. Very pleasant environment with views of the vineyards. Nice hikes passing at the foot or almost of the accommodation. Fresh breakfast option appreciated. The photos don't reflect all the comfort of the place. Perfectly clean. Recommended!

Wonderful stay in Champagne. The location had a peaceful, countryside feel but was just a quick drive to Reims city center. Easy access to the apartment and very convenient private parking spot. The place was very clean and communication with Romain was excellent. He also gave us great local restaurant recommendations. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely recommend to any travelers. Merci!

Wonderful stay! In walking distance of the avenue de Champagne and the train station. We went to many Champagne houses and had some delicious traditional French food.
