Great location, 10 mins drive to Ocean City Beach.

Brian and Victoria are wonderful hosts. The Airbnb was spotless, inviting, up to date, and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Great outside decks to spend time in the sun. It’s accommodating to a large group. Brian and Victoria are clear with instructions and quick to respond to any questions. My friends and I had a great trip and would definitely book with them on our next trip to AC!

We rented the home for a family vacation. Everything was clean and perfect when we arrived. It was very stress - free packing for us because of the numerous amenities. It was close to the beach and restaurants. The hosts were always very responsive and checked to make sure that everything was ok with our check in. They have an information book with details on the house and things to do, restaurant recommendations, etc. We had a wonderful stay and have already recommended it to friends.

We had a great weekend celebrating Easter and my father’s 90th birthday. Julie and Michael’s place was immaculate! The kitchen was well very stocked. We loved having coffee on the spacious porch in the mornings. The house is very conveniently located to stores, playground, and the beach.

I've had the opportunity and pleasure to stay at several of CozyCohost's properties. Mr. Paul, is extremely friendly, accommodating and proactive to all of my questions, requests and or needs. I would recommend CozyCohost to anyone wishing for a peaceful place to relax.

House was beautiful, comfortable with plenty of space for everybody! Also, close location to boardwalk and beach! Would be great if there was a crockpot, and a few deep dish lasagna pans, muffin pan and some pyrex big pans to cook in for large groups.

Beautiful house with plenty of space. It was nice to be on the bay. A bit of a walk to the beach and boardwalk but that was to be expected. Make sure to read the house rules about making sure the towels are fully cleaned and put away. All in all, we had a great stay.

It was a very easier check in and check out. The host was very responsive and helpful through out the stay. Would recommend the place for a big group looking for a good place to stay.

Clean and very nice place. Beds comfy. Couch comfy. Plenty of towels! Walk to beach is doable but feels long on a hot humid day or it starts to rain - it’s about 7 blocks to beach and boardwalk . (Straight down 7th st) Lots of nice shopping around house area -bought a lot of goodies ! Host was always responsive -thank you Third floor so a few flights to climb View from deck off bedrooms is of a boat junkyard it appears The view from the deck off kitchen not great Overall great place! FYI- I’d bring toilet paper, paper towels hairdryer and hand wash

Irina was one of the best hosts I've ever encountered. She is extremely sweet, welcoming and communicative. She went above & beyond for us, multiple times. The house was absolutely gorgeous. It was spacious, modern, clean & easy to settle into. It's fully equipped with what you need for your stay. The neighborhood was very quiet & there's a lot to do within a short distance. Overall, my friends & I would all highly recommend to everyone & would absolutely love staying here again in the future.

Sara's place was very clean and convenient. She also has a spice rack and coffee available. Lots of nice touches and very comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay! The home is beautiful, spotless, and newly renovated. Even during the early spring/off-season, most stores and restaurants were open and just a short walk away. It was so relaxing to stroll to the beach, shops, restaurants, and ice cream without worrying about driving or parking. Highly recommend!

we really enjoyed this stay! everything came out as expected, there was plenty of local eats and just an active atmosphere!

We chose this property to accommodate a large group, and it far exceeded expectations in many ways. There is a full modern bathroom on every floor; there are three floors with many large size beds; there is a large table where we could all come together and share meals. The kitchen was fully stocked- the modern fridge, oven and even the small grill performed great. Not to mention, possibly the greatest part of our stay - every single dish, utensil, linen, towel, bed sheet, was METICULOUSLY and spotlessly clean. We also appreciated the effort the owners made in their backyard space. The only unfortunate incident that occurred during our stay was getting two parking tickets for “blocking the sidewalk” - although I was within an inch of the house, I should have parked my truck on the street with a provided parking pass (to the hosts credit they explicitly warned about this.) Any future visitors should avoid the same mistake we made. Overall my family enjoyed our stay with Lina!

I booked this place for my friends and I for the weekend beach trip. The house is super clean and comfortable. You have everything you possibly think you need even sunscreen cream. The host is very considerate. Location is good too, only 10 min to ocean city, cape may is half hour away. We have such a fun weekend. Hopefully i can come here next summer!

Our family stayed here for our spring break and had a wonderful time. Anthony’s home was incredible, beautifully maintained, and well-stocked. It is evident the moment you step inside, that every detail was thought of. The hot tub was AMAZING!!! and our dog enjoyed the big fenced yard…such a perk! We appreciated the binder with a list of favorite activities and restaurant menus…LOVED Fish & Fancy!!! Best crab cakes and Old Bay fries :) The home is within 15 minutes of both Cape May and Wildwoods… great location. Thanks so much your time and attention in making our trip truly memorable. We’ll definitely rent this house again!

Our first trip to Cape May was great including our stay at Ashley's and Chris! It started with a flexible check in time after reaching out to Ashley and Chris. Their house was clean, the hot tub was excellent, and the quiet neighborhood was a great break from our trips to the beach and Wildwood. I would definitely recommend staying at their place for any family!

We had a wonderful weekend at the Villa. Manish was very helpful and welcoming. Location is amazing - beautiful view and so peaceful. We appreciated the fire pit and being able to use the kayaks. Thanks so much!

Nice, clean pool, private backyard with outside shower. Inside, plenty of room for the 8 of us and with 2 living rooms, there's separation with the kids if you need it. The house was clean, free of any kind of bugs, plenty of hot water on demand with a great kitchen, dining area. Everything was in working order with plenty of plates and glasses and tv's in every room. We would definitely return.
