Very nice apartment, because it is in the center you can hear the noise of cars with the window open, but with the windows closed the sound insulation is great. The two parking spaces were very useful, although a little tight to park, it served us very well.

Very good, I stayed for an event, I felt at home, peaceful, several items available (I only missed a large mirror) but the rest was very good! Claudete is very attentive, a great tenant!!

Luis is a great host, always willing to help. The space is clean, very cozy, great location, quiet and very safe place. When we return to Maringá, we will definitely stay in the same place, I highly recommend it!

Great accommodation, exactly as advertised! Beautiful, spacious place, accommodated my whole family very well. Not to mention the excellent location, in front of Parque do Ingá, you can get to know a lot on foot in the region. Flexible check-in and check-out saved me 😅

Very friendly, Marcos and his wife did everything so that I could have access to the house, because unfortunately I was delayed, clean house, as in the photos, a few restaurants nearby. Ideal.

Excellent place to stay in Maringá!!!

The apartment is very new, exactly as in the photos. Aryadner was very cordial, she sent all the guidelines. Bed linen was very clean and smelling. I was with my 1-year-old baby and she left an extra mattress for the baby. I even thought the apartment was very safe for babies. There was a hammock in the window. Well equipped, I had to use the washer and dryer and everything was fine. In the kitchen, there was even an air fryer, I just missed a sandwich maker. No mais, note 10.

I stayed in the apartment for 6 days and I really recommend the place, I felt at home! It is very peaceful there, the apartment was in excellent condition: clean, organized, I was able to rest well. The condominium is beautiful too, it's a place I highly recommend. Monica is very thoughtful. She is always attentive to what you need. It was an excellent stay for me and my family.

The apartment was very clean, everything in place, very spacious, linen and clean towels, very quiet the neighborhood, close to several places, only one negative point, had only 3 mugs and 1 glass, as we were in 5, we had to improvise with disposable cups. Just this detail so that it would be 10/10 the stay.

Dona Bene is extremely fast and very, very good people. We feel at home with her and plan to come back. The location is excellent, and the ap of the feeling of a hug house. We'll be back soon! Thank you for the amazing experience.

Apartment as advertised, good location, owners are organized and apparently very methodical, as all the recommendations on check in and check out came with a demonstration video! A little inflexible with check-out time, however, as I spent a few minutes after 11am, I talked and managed to stay another night, after all, if the time is set in the ad, I should have organized myself better, even! Great value for the money, quiet and cozy, I would stay again!!!!

Excellent location, garage a little narrow, needs maneuvering, but nothing that is not possible.
