Inspired by the idyllic universe of García Márquez, Macondo - Úrsula Iguáran is 500 meters from the church of Lavras Novas, close to restaurants and shops, but still in a quiet spot. It accommodates 4 people, 2 in a double bedroom, and 2 on a sofa bed in the integrated living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and whirlpool. Externally, in a shared area, there is a multipurpose kiosk, a 2,000 m2 garden area, a fire pit, a heated swimming pool (v obs.) and a lookout point for the mountains.

Guests will wake up to the sound of birds in a spacious and very comfortable cottage that brings all the charm of the place. The cottage has a compact kitchen with all the basic utensils, plus a minibar, stove, and microwave. It has a mini kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom and a cozy balcony with a hammock and a small table. We have bedding, towels, a minibar, a coffee maker, an air fryer, a two-burner electric stove, a microwave and dishes. You can park your car here and stroll around the city on foot:)
