Inspired by the idyllic universe of García Márquez, Macondo - Úrsula Iguáran is 500 meters from the church of Lavras Novas, close to restaurants and shops, but still in a quiet spot. It accommodates 4 people, 2 in a double bedroom, and 2 on a sofa bed in the integrated living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and whirlpool. Externally, in a shared area, there is a multipurpose kiosk, a 2,000 m2 garden area, a fire pit, a heated swimming pool (v obs.) and a lookout point for the mountains.

The Shangri-lá Chalet has a lawn, a covered garage, and a hammock area with a living space in its outdoor area. On the 1st floor, there is a hall and 2 bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a smart TV and a queen-size bed, and the other bedroom has a smart TV and a standard double bed. On the 2nd floor, there is a TV room with a smart TV, a pantry area, a full kitchen and a full guest bathroom. Guests in the single room use the social bathroom, ensuring privacy for all.
