Excellent Art Deco property which feels like well-preserved Old Havana. While the neighbourhood is noisy, the inside of the building and the apartment are fairly insulated, and you don't hear any noise in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with all amenities.

I had a great time. First time at this rental. Great location....power didn't go off. Very spacious apartment. Secure entry. Camera on the inside of the front door, before you go upstairs to the apartment. Store right next door for drinks, food etc. Restaurants just a block away. Owner was helpful with any questions I had. Wifi was good! Bathroom is big and nice. Highly recommend this place! Lo pasé genial. Era mi primera vez en este alojamiento. Excelente ubicación... no se fue la luz. Apartamento muy espacioso. Entrada segura. Cámara en la parte interior de la puerta principal, antes de subir al apartamento. Tienda justo al lado para bebidas, comida, etc. Restaurantes a solo una cuadra. El dueño me ayudó con todas mis preguntas. ¡El wifi funcionaba bien! El baño es grande y bonito. ¡Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar!

This apartment is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The design is spectacular with brand new high end finishes and furniture. It has triple exposures, 2 balconies and probably one of the best views of Havana. Also the service is like a 5 star hotel, only better. Excellent price/ value and highly recommended.

hermoso apartamento la limpieza, decoración y la comodidad son exelentes, se valora más cuando vez las dificultades que tienen y Hugo estuvo siempre muy pendienteincluso incluso nos dejó una botella de agua en la nevera que fue un plus cuando llegamos 🤗 sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí, queda muy cerca del capitolio y de diferentes lugares de interés, PD hay muchas necesidades si pueden llevar medicamentos( como para migrañas, antiácidos,antigripales etc) que les puedan servir a los viajeros mientras esten en cuba y luego regalarlos antes de salir de cuba será de perfecta ayuda🙏

Mateo não vive em Cuba, mas desde o começo foi proativo na comunicação. Ele também indicou Yoandy e Karol, casal extremamente simpático que vive no apartamento no andar de baixo do airbnb e nos ajuda com o que precisarmos. Indicaram táxi para nos buscar no aeroporto, fizeram câmbio de pesos cubanos (em uma taxa 340/dólar), deram recomendações de onde comer na região, onde comprar água e ainda ajudaram com um problema na descarga de um dos banheiros que tivemos. Eles fizeram toda a diferença na experiência. O apartamento cumpre com a descrição e está em um lugar estratégico em Habana Vieja, pudemos ir a pé aos principais pontos sem gastar muitos minutos. As ruas de todo o bairro são escuras à noite, mas não nos sentimentos inseguros ao andar em grupo. O wi-fi funcionou todos os dias e nos disseram que o apartamento fica em uma parte de Havana que não tem apagões nunca.

Normally i prefer hotels instead of Airbnb accommodations, however due to the purpose of our trip hotel would have been too far out of our reach in terms of locations. After, extensive research on Airbnb and days in between of thinking things through i was able to conclude a decision, a decision that brought me great satisfaction. Everything was precisely as describe on the website. The apartment was in a peaceful neighborhood, the interior was tasteful, with all of the modern amenities, the elevator was a plus very convenient, the wireless internet connection in the apartment remained on without disruption, providing a reliable high performance broad band service. Breakfast was quite the affair, with fresh mango juices, Cuban coffee, fresh toast, waffle pancakes, omelet with bacons all provided by Aileen mom. Alieen was extremely attentive, insightful, and understanding. Alieen mother is such a beautiful soul, she treated me like a daughter, i love her. I will stay there again.

A pearl in the city. I’ve stayed here many times and always appreciated the comfort, cleanliness, and high-quality amenities—something rare in Cuba. The apartment stands out with its modern design, strong air conditioning (2 split units), blackout bedroom, high-pressure shower (with pump), modern washer/dryer, large smart TV, and remote-controlled ambient lighting in the bedroom. Everything is thoughtfully arranged and well maintained. The location is vibrant and very central—just steps from the boulevard shopping street, Central Park, and public transport, including buses to the beach. That centrality also means lively street sounds and occasional noise from neighbors in the building. This adds to the city’s charm, though light sleepers may prefer something quieter. Still, it remains an excellent choice for travelers looking for comfort, style, and warm, attentive hospitality in the heart of Havana.

Tengo años en AIRBNB, he visitado cuba varias veces en diferentes regiones de la Isla, este ha sido sin duda el mejor alojamiento que me he quedado, espectacular, no hay palabras para describir el apartamento,, la atencion de Yaima sin palabras, las personas que operan en el edificio, el Driver que me guio en todo, en fin todo super, super, recomiendo 100% este alojamiento, y no tengo dudas que me quedaria nuevamente sin pensarlo, gracias por su gran servicio y excelente atencion

El apartamento perfecto, está en el centro, buena zona para caminar, restaurantes y comercios en la zona. los chicos que nos recibieron fueron encantadores y muy atentos a todo. nos recomendaron restaurantes y nos dieron algunos consejos que nos facilitaron la estancia en la Habana. si vuelvo a la Habana repito este alojamiento.

Being familiar with La Habana, this place is really outstanding. Classy, freshly renovated, highly comfortable for local standards. Good vibes too. Sussel's and Teresa's (her assistant) attention and periodical food and cleaning support were an extraordinary plus. Will not hesitate to book again!

Had a great stay at Gretel & Jorge’s place. Everything was as advertised, the apartment was clean and spacious. The hosts arranged a driver to and from the airport which was super helpful, they provided the SIM cards free of charge which was critical, and also arranged for a currency exchange at a good rate. We didn’t take them up on any of the excursions as we had already arranged our own but would definitely have done it if we needed to. Overall we are extremely grateful for our hosts. Vilda was the person who met us for check in and check out and who we communicated with primarily for any day-to-day needs. We had an incident where we broke the key trying to open the front door from the inside and Vilda was there to rescue us within 15 minutes!! AC worked great, there was hot water as well. The apartment does get hot during the day but with AC it is fine - obviously if there are power outages it is tougher, but Vilda provided the schedule for the outages and we were able to adjust.

Super Unterkunft mit einer sehr sehr netten Gastgeberin, Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Sie hat uns mehrere Tipps gegeben was wir unternehmen können und wie wir uns in Havanna zurechtfinden können, das war sehr hilfreich. Antwortete immer schnell. One of the best stays I’ve had in central Cuba. This property was top tier and had the right Wi-Fi speed for work. The rooms were well cleaned and comfy. Thanks to my Host for making sure my stay was “Home away from home”. I will be back!

Simply spectacular! Wow! The pictures don’t do this place justice. As soon as you walk in you are overtaken by the size- it’s huge! At some moments it feels like you’re in a labyrinth and in disbelief that, “wait, there’s more?” This house is a historic structure that has carefully and pristinely maintained. The level of cleanliness and comfort have exceeded 98% of the Airbnbs (and yes, in the US) that we have stayed in (and we have stayed in really nice places). I failed to ask where the mattresses are from, but they feel as if they were intended for royalty. The decor, furniture, flooring, ceiling… everything is perfect. This could easily serve and be described as a mini museum that you get to sleep in. Cary and Felix are exceptional hosts. From the beginning, communication was constant, answered all questions we had almost instantly. As soon as we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, making us feel like family. One of the best airbnb's we ever had! Perfect location, nice restaurants and shops closeby and very close to the centre of Havana. The appartment is perfect, lots of space, great wifi, big kitchen with espresso machine! The best is the rooftop with different terraces where you can relax in the jacuzzi and sit comfortable during day and night with a drink and nice view of the sea and the city! Yoanne and Azaray are the best, they are always available for help and tips. We will come back for sure!

Amazing space! KC took care of us from start to finish from ordering us taxes, find good rates for us and just being available for any mishap we experienced. She was super accommodating and responsive to any question or request we had. Our breakfast was wonderful everyday we had it ordered. Book the space if you’re unsure of how to navigate Havana, she will handle it!
