Christopher was a great host. Very generous, accommodating and attentive. The place was very clean. It was private and peaceful with an amazing view. Highly recommend this place and this host.

This was a charming home, perfect for 1, 2, or even a small family. I absolutely loved the privacy, and fenced in back yard for the pups! There wasn't traffic noise, and the neighbors are far enough away it's like a little oasis. It rained my entire time there, and I could still sit on the covered front porch. In nicer weather the large deck would be amazing. If you are looking for peace and tranquility, I highly recommend considering this home!

This house is so amazing. It felt like home and the host make sure to create an incredible place for all ages. The house was so completed we did not have to worried about not having the right tools for our toddler or any kitchen supplies. The house is clean and organized. The house it is easy to navigate and the instructions are so clear and easy to follow. The beds are so comfortable. You me or the best places to bring my family to rest.

This place was perfect for what we needed. Coming back from PCB we needed a place to relax before driving home and we are so glad we chose this place. The house was very clean and we felt very comfortable and relaxed here. Samantha was quick to respond with any questions we had and also let us check in early. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Very nice and clean house minus the outside grill (it needs to be cleaned). Parking wasn’t quite what I was thinking/expecting, but still adequate for our needs. Very beautiful back yard view of the water. Water was shallow, so the guys didn’t get any fishing in, but my six year old daughter loved the beach area and host provided plenty of outside/sand toys. The small back bedroom was a bit stuffy with not a lot of air flow, but a floor fan was provided. Basic kitchen items provided. Overall it’s a very cute and clutter free place. Would book again if our dates align for our yearly fishing trip.

We booked this home because it was close to the beach and had plenty of things to do nearby. We will absolutely be staying again in the future - the house was very clean, everything we needed was available (including beach towels, which was perfect considering my brother forgot his!), and the hosts were amazing about making sure we were able to check in okay. One of the best airBNB stays we’ve had in a while!

The stunning balcony view and being steps to the beach made this recently remodeled condo ideal for us (two parents with teens). We were blown away by the spaciousness inside and the modern, comfortable decor. Great beds and showers, nice appliances, everything provided that we could possibly need (fans, beach chairs/towels/umbrella/toys/cooler), and just an overall warmth and hospitality. You could also rent beach chairs and umbrellas or do parasailing and more right on the beach. There are carts available to bring up groceries and luggage on the surprisingly fast elevators. The bar across the street and being in a large high rise condo setting made for some noise at times, but we used white noise apps at night and had no issues. It's an older condo, but clean with easy parking and access to everything. On top of everything else, Kelli was incredibly responsive and friendly! We loved her restaurant recs. NOTHING beats the view, convenience, or loveliness of this gorgeous Airbnb.

Beautiful and clean condo. Exactly as described. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is very helpful. Easy check and check out. This condo gives wonderful ocean views and loved the lounger out on the deck. Kitchen is full of many utensils etc. Location wise, not a lot of restaurants in direct walking distance. Bike rental's available and we drove too. Not too far of a drive though to different restaurants and yummy food. There are several stairs that you walk down for the beach access. We usually bring a beach wagon but with the stairs we just left the wagon in the car and chose to carry items. Overall, we rated the condo 5/5 and it was a great trip for our one year anniversary. Thanks again to the hosts!

Tim’s place was great. Had everything we needed and was very clean. Highly recommend it. Stores are all a short walk or drive away.

The condo is very nice, clean, peaceful. Pictures are wonderful in showing you what to expect yet the experience of it is So Much More. I definitely recommend this location. 2 thumbs up, a perfect score

This was our second time visiting The Pelican's Nest, and it was just as comfortable and fun as the first time. I recommend this Airbnb for people who enjoy being close to the water and a quiet place to hang out.

We loved this little apartment! It was so clean and cute! Easy to find, easy parking, felt safe and secure. We loved walking around downtown. We ate at a few places, had coffee at two places, and sat by the water for sunset. This is a great location for access to downtown Panama City. We will be back when we visit PC in the future.

Tres Bien! David was a responsive host from the beginning; location was quick to get around anywhere in the city and the house was quiet even though near a busy highway. The little touches such as a coffee bar and snacks were a nice touch for convenience with having filtered water, sparkling waters and ice in the freezer is a a bonus upon arrival. Bed, shower (hello water pressure! ) linens and kitchen amenities all made it feel like it home. I would say updated with a 1950’s vintage feel describes it! The patio is chic and looks just the pictures. I would highly recommend and would stay here again for a future Tallahassee visit! Cheers!

We love staying at the Majestic Beach Resort. Astrid's place was clean and tidy, small, but comfortable for two adults. She checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. Absolutely gorgeous view!

We have stayed at many Airbnb’s over the years. This one by far is one of the most memorable ones we ever been to. The host actually built to place himself custom-made a lot of things there all the amenities you can think of over there AC everything was there along the walls were a little template kind of explaining everything along the way, so it was really no need to call him. It was all explained. Communication as well as unique you’re not gonna find a better place like that !!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location. A perfect little getaway that felt like a little home away from home. Peaceful, beautiful ocean views, convenient, and easy to access. The photos accurately depicted the condo and all amenities were there as listed. Tim and Beth were very responsive in communications and answered all my questions. Would definitely return and refer my friends who are looking for a place to stay in PCB. Thank you for sharing your little slice of beach heaven.

Carla's place was easily the most beautiful, and fully loaded Airb&B we have ever stayed in. Carla really goes above and beyond with detail and thinking about the little things. A good example of this is she provided dish soap, a couple laundry pods, dishwasher pods, extra toilet paper, and paper towel. Airb&b's we have stayed at in the past we have always had to come fully packed with essentials as such listed above, it was a wonderful surprise to see that she had those little things covered. The condo itself resembles the photos exactly, and the view is beautiful. Thanks, Carla, for being such a great host!

This place was amazing!! Fred and Rene always respond within minutes. The view was amazing. I took my wife here for her birthday and she loved every minute of this place. Sunset was amazing and the view was everything. 10/10 I would recommend this place and would come back again.

Leesa was a wonderful host—very responsive and kind throughout our stay. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The door lock was a bit tricky at first, but we figured it out quickly. The place was very clean and just as described in the listing. We had a great stay and will definitely keep this spot in mind for future trips!

This was a great place to stay. It was near a lot of fun activities but still private as well. We enjoyed the chair service everyday and thought this beach area was the most beautiful (we,ve stayed all over this Florida coast). We will definitely come back!

My Husband and I loved the room and location! The view was beautiful. Multiple restaurants within walking distance or just a short drive. Easy access to the beach. Would definitely come back again!

I just got home from a wonderful week long stay at FlipFlopsOn I. If you are considering booking this place you definitely should. Mark and Pam set the standard for Super Hosts. We had a couple of self induced hiccups and Mark and Pam did not hesitate to assist us. I found them to be thoughtful, kind and incredibly gracious. Every morning I received a message from Mark and Pam with a curated list of things to do, places to eat and areas to explore. Their home was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was bright and clean and included a ceiling fan, a luxury that I didn't know I needed. :) The bunkbeds were a huge hit with my 2 daughters and they both said that the mattresses were very comfortable. I loved how close this condo is to the beach. We easily walked there everyday and did not have to traverse steps to get on the beach. I can't wait to try their other rental properties in the future.
