What we offer you is a marvelous Penthouse located in the most centric part of the lovely city of Arequipa. The area is called Vallecito, and it is at 10 minutes away from the city center where all the attractions are. The bus station is 5 minutes away and the airport 20. The penthouse is at the 6th floor (don’t worry it is equipped if an elevator) of a modern and recent building in a residential zone. In other words, the area is convenient, silent and secure. The penthouse is contemporary, modern, minimalist and essential with an astonishing view on the volcano and the whole city. You can admire all this from our cute terrace. Of course it is also fully equipped with everything you need! The kitchen has everything you need if you would like to cook and we include the basic food. Our goal is to make you feel like home!

The apartment was spotless, very organized, practical and with all the necessary equipment for a short or long stay (cookware, appliances, linens, etc.). Erika, the manager who received us was very kind, proactive and decisive with any questions or needs, always attentive and understanding. Milagros was also attentive to our needs and to provide a comfortable stay. The amenities and pristine common areas. We recommend it 100%.

The experience was excellent. Fiorella was very kind and attentive from the start. Communication was smooth and was always available to resolve any concerns. The accommodation was as shown in the photos: clean, tidy and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was also very convenient, close to the Real Plaza, shops, among others. I would definitely recommend staying here, thank you for everything!

Hola! Mi familia y yo nos quedamos en el airbnb de Jose Miguel y la pasamos genial. El departamento tiene un disenho moderno y esta todo bien distribuido. Nos encanto la vista a las montanhas y el trato con Jose Miguel fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Recomendadisimo! Hi there! I stayed at Jose´s place with my son and husband and we really felt like home. Everything was as described, the apartment is new with a well-distributed design. As a family we like quite places, which is why we were happy not to be at the heart of the noisy downtown area and we had a great view of the mountains. Also, Jose Miguel is a great host, kind and helpful. Highly recommended!
