Très belle petit maison dans un environnement calme et sublime. Perdu dans la nature au beau milieu de la forêt et avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan Pacifique. Décoration léchée, bons équipements et literie agréable, un plus le petit bassin pour se rafraîchir. Car il y fait chaud, derrière la grandiose orientée plein Sud, dur de garder du frais malgré la clim. Ps: chambre principale à l'étage avec un accès via une échelle, pas de souci pour nous mais à savoir. Ps bis: l'accès passe plutôt facilement avec une berline de location classique (Kia)

My stay was a few days of down time to celebrate my birthday and to check out this up and coming area. I was very impressed and I must say that I will be coming back. Brian's place suited me to the tee! Everything about it- the views, privacy, hot tub and proximity to the restaurants. Definitely a thumbs up!👍🏽

Schöne und ruhige Unterkunft in der Natur. Perfekt für Leute die einige Tage Ruhe benötigen. Sehr sauber und mit den wichtigsten Utensilien ausgestattet. Wir haben Frühstück und Abendessen selber gekocht.

My boys and I loved our stay at El Rancho to surf camp. Jiani and Lorenzo were friendly, welcoming and just great people. We had excellent surf lessons with Lorenzo as beginner surfers that we will never forget. He was so patient and knew how to help the kids catch a wave in no time while also giving us great tips on picking waves, speed and much more. I'd love to come back and enjoy surfing, great people and the beautiful surf cafe they have on the beach. The boys are still talking about "Surf Bomb" chocolate drinks! Thank you for a wonderful stay to our Canadian family.

We booked the room to have a quiet and tranquil stay and we were not disappointed. The room is very private and perfect for relaxing. The bed is large and the mattress very comfortable, not too soft and not too hard. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to prepare meals. We can also recommend the apartment if you want to work during the day, as we did. It is very quiet and the surroundings are also very relaxing. It is also only a 5 minute walk to the beach where you can find a restaurant and a café and also take a long walk along the coast. If you have any questions, Margaux has lived there for years and is very knowledgeable about the local area. Overall, we would come here again anytime.

Sehr schnelle und super sympathische Kommunikation!! Die Unterkunft ist auch sehr hübsch und optimal gelegen. Ruhig, in der Nähe von Stränden und Restaurants und weiteren Angeboten, wie Schnorcheln, Surfen und tauchen.

This was my second time staying at Tim's and won't be my last. Great affordable option with a nice hot shower and cold AC. The deck is a great spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or a Balboa after a long day of fishing. 10 out of 10 I'd recommend staying here.

Die Lodge von Elena und Agustin ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, es gibt eine große Terrasse mit Möbeln und Hängematten in einem schönen Garten. Man hat die Möglichkeit sich Kaffee oder Tee zu kochen, die Mahlzeiten kann man im sehr preiswerten und leckeren Strandrestaurant einnehmen. Elena und Agustin sind unglaublich sympathische, herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Sie haben viele Tipps für die Umgebung. Agustin ist ein toller Surflehrer. Man kann sich auch Surfbretter bei ihm ausleihen. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit für Ausritte in der Umgebung. Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt bei den beiden und hatten drei wirklich wunderbare Tage in Guanico abajo. Sehr gerne wären wir länger geblieben. Danke, liebe Elena und Agustin für alles!! Es war toll!

Die Tipis sind zwar sehr süss, aber wirklich sehr klein für 2 Personen, weshalb wir nach der ersten Nacht in eine Hütte gewechselt haben, die sehr schön, aber für uns halt etwas teuer war. Für Santa Catalina Verhältnisse waren die Preise jedoch sehr in Ordnung. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und lieblich gestaltet und voll im Grünen.

Super cute place in a remote, beautiful area. Walking distance to fun waves and a very short drive to Mariato town where there is a super market and fruit stand with delicious fresh fruit! Emmanuel was super nice and easy to communicate with.

The stay at Gisela’s was very enjoyable, the hosts are ready to help you with anything you may need, there are two incredible beaches within walking distance and it is possible to see wildlife on the way They also have a large swimming pool with a tremendous outlook over the ocean and some islands, perfect for a late swim and photos of the sunsets

You do need to drive across a creek, just go slow and don’t stop and you should be fine. Once you get there you will have an amazing surf beach that is super easy to access day or night, just be mindful of the tide and the occasional falling coconut. The hotel staff really make sure you have everything you need for your stay, from surfboard rentals to Coiba tours to daily housekeeping. There’s even a restaurant on the property with really good food, just don’t wait until you are super hungry to go. The wifi is better in the restaurant and the cell service (Tigo) was ok, not fast, but workable if you’re a digital nomad. Occasional power and water outages lasting 3 to 12 hours so keep your electronics charged and have an extra bottle of water ready for the toilet/showering or washing hands.
