With proximity to Vänern, there is the opportunity to enjoy the surroundings with the whole family in this cottage with associated guest cottage for a total of 8 people! Bike path connects this idyll with nice beaches just 5 minutes away, bikes are of course available to borrow for the whole family! Sjötorp/Göta Kanal can be reached by bike in just over 20 minutes (car 8 minutes). Skara Sommarland, Tiveden National Park, golf course, etc. are located in the nearby area! The cottage is also a perfect stop on road 26, on the way to the Swedish mountains!

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Magnificent and varied nature with hiking trails just around the corner, cultural-historical surroundings and both beach and cliff baths. Sunny location morning to night with hammocks between the fruit trees that provide shade if needed. Small flagging for the ceiling height on the 2nd floor is lower than standard. 2 km walk to train connection. From October to April, the house is rented out monthly for SEK 10,600 per month in "cold rent", i.e. the cost of heating and electricity is added.

In a separate house is our apartment, which is about 35 square meters on the ground floor. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and cooking facilities. Toilet w shower. Bedroom with 3 places in bunk bed. (Lower bed 120 x 200) Upper bed (90x200) Living room with sofa bed for two. (140x190) Travel bed. The apartment has WiFi and TV included. Wifi and high-speed wired internet are available for a fee. Adjacent to the apartment is a laundry room with a drying room. Parking next to the accommodation.

Peaceful and relaxing accommodation with 150 meters to the beach with the possibility of swimming and fishing. There are scenic hiking trails and playgrounds. A walk across the bridge leads to a fine restaurant with great variety and a 24/7 store with supplies. The guest house has its own patio with dining area, sleeps 5-6, TV with chromecast and free Wifi. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge and freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Just 25 minutes from Skövde (1h by train to Gothenburg) and Mariestad, it’s perfectly placed for exploring Sweden’s biggest lake, Vänern, and Billingen, a UNESCO Global Geopark offering great skiing in winter. Enjoy birdwatching at Lake Östen on the bird towers near by, stroll through our garden, or unwind in the yoga cottage by the water. The forests nearby offer berries and mushrooms.

A large countryside home on a farm perfect for large families or a stay with friends. House style is preserved from the seventies with several rooms, 4 bedrooms and bathrooms rebuilt. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven/stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer as well as utensils. Two TV-rooms with basic Swedish channels equipped with chromecast and unlimited WiFi. A large yard is available with furniture and coal grill. Bed sheets is not included. Bring your own.

Mariestad

family friendly semi-detached house about 1.5 km from the center of Mariestad. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms . 1 double bed and 3 x 90 beds are distributed in the bedrooms . Downstairs there is another bedroom with 1st 90 bed . So in total there are 4 bedrooms with 5 beds. Outside there is a barbecue , hot tub , trampoline ,swings and some other things for the children . Äppelgården Holiday Home is a small cosy house, situated between the outside of the small village Ullervad and a forest. The river Tidan flows at 200mtr. from the house. The house is suitable for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The house is available only on a weekly basis. Mariestad area offers a lot of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, canoeing and interesting places to visit.
