Family-friendly holiday rentals in Marikina City

Had an enjoyable stay at Tessie's place. The apartment is located just a stone's throw away from The Westin Hotel and Residences Manila and Shangri-la EDSA Hotel. Both 5 star luxury hotels located in premier city addresses all over the world.

If you’d like to wake up and walk a few steps to the gondola, ski lessons or the equivalent of a block to Treehouse (for kids), this is the place. It also overlooks the ice rink. Parking is easy and just a short elevator to the condo (under 2 mins condo to car). This is our second stay in this unit and it’s very comfortable, well supplied and allows us to cook almost all of our meals, which we prefer. Highly recommend.

We are a repeat guests over and over. Ms Ida’s unit is one of our favorite airbnb place. It has become our go to. But unfortunately, her studio is not always avail. It’s always booked and it’s not surprising to my daughter and I. The bed is super comfy!!! The location is perfect, super quiet, very clean and just so perfect for two♥️ Huge thanks to Ms Ida and her caretaker cleaner, Ate Luz for making our stay so spot on!

Nad's Place Manila is a great place, the facilities are good the place is cozy perfect for any kinds of gatherings the host is responsive and the staffs are nice and responsive to our needs during our stay. its been fun staying in your place and more power to you.

This was our first experience in the Philippines to visit family and to tour. The condo is very easily accessible from the airport by walking via Runway Manila or a very quick Grab. Our host was very responsive and helpful before our trip, answering all questions and providing a great experience. Our check in was seamless as the host's helper met us at the condo to show us around. Building staff were very helpful and all the amenities were enjoyable. Grocery and other food options were very close and this was a very safe place to be. This was a great "homebase" for our family to explore Manila. We highly recommend this condo for anyone traveling to Manila. Thank you!

very close to greenbelt and a nice little park. not a very busy area and lots of good resturaunrs near by.

We were a group with small children and the space worked out perfectly for us. It's a true 3-bedroom condo. The space was clean. A/C worked in all the rooms. Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive to all our needs and gave great recommendations. The property itself was in a great location. It was walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and a shopping center. Most importantly, we felt safe. Although, if you are a light sleeper, I'd suggest bringing a noise machine. Two of the rooms have windows that face the main street and the noise can be loud all hours of the night. Otherwise, this was a great property.

Loved our stay at Rd’s place in BGC! Super clean, comfy, and in a perfect location—close to everything. Rd was really responsive and made everything easy. Would definitely book again!

It was a different experience for me staying at Pooh’s place. Mainly because I used to live there from 2016 all the way to 2017 so it was very nostalgic for me and it felt really great being back there even if it was very different, especially the Lobby and the whole process of checking in. The check-in was easy, very secure, but it wasn’t difficult because everything was endorsed properly. Upon entering the apartment, it was very clean smelled great and again it was very heartwarming for me to be back in this building. It was the beginning of my condo journey in Metro Manila. I do have some notes mainly that the Aircon wasn’t as cold as I am used to. There was no complementary drinking water which was surprising maybe next time they can have it. But my main note is that the shower heater would take a while to get hot and would only stay hot for about two minutes and then it will go cold again so that was really annoying for my part but overall my stay was pleasant.

I had a great stay at Laarni’s place! Check-in was super easy, and the host was very responsive throughout the entire process. The home was spotless, smelled great, and had a beautiful interior design that made it feel cozy and inviting. The location was convenient and in a safe, pleasant neighborhood. The place came fully stocked with complimentary towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, everything I needed was already there. What really stood out were the entertainment features. The projector and game consoles were a fantastic bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the value was excellent, and I felt I got more than what I paid for. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Aaron’s place was great. Simple with no frills, but the unit has everything you would need to have a super clean, comfortable and functional stay. From all the plates and utensils, to detergent and a drying rack, I really found nothing lacking. I also appreciated the large water containers and pitchers in the fridge. Most of the time, I only ever find two tiny bottles of water. Also, this was my first stay at an Airbnb in BGC or Makati where I did not see a single cockroach! Amazing.

Nestor is friendly and meticulously gave us an orientation of his place. We enjoyed the night market and food trucks in the neighbourhood. Shang and Megamall are within walking distance and big dog friendly. The condo is also big dog friendly which is kinda rare in the neighbourhood. Thank you for letting us stay! We had a good time!

This our third time staying there and every time has been great. I highly recommend this place

when we arrived at Jun's place after being stuck in China for 24 hours we felt straight at home... the place is really homey. it's like a home away from home. everything you need... it's all there. the place is near everything and everywhere... just across the street is the edsa shangri-la mall and a few more steps away is the megamall. there's a live band and food stalls that starts from Friday till Sunday and lots of different restaurants and shops near too. when you get inside the condo you are greeted by a smiling security guard and friendly receptionist that would greet you anytime of the day. also, they now have a rif card so it makes you feel more secured than before. Joanne is also really friendly and easy to contact... we came home late one night and when we get to the door... the key broke and luckily Joanne is there to the rescue. she managed to send us a duplicate key ASAP... thank God for lalamove. we had the key copied the next day and left it with the other keys.

Alfonso was very responsive & accommodating to our request & needs. FYI to future guests... allow at least 15 for Grab pick-up from this area. other than that, we had a pleasant stay at Alfonso's place. We'll definitely be our choice again next time.

We loved the thoughtful touches, like the stuff for my infant. The stay was comfortable. Multiple 7/11 around the area, Watson across the street. Forbes Town is 2 min walk. Bonifacio stop over is like 2min away as well. St Lukes is 5-7 min walk. Pretty much a great place, near everything you need for your stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay Ms. Mirriam, we'll definitely be back! Highly recommend this property!

Michaelo was a wonderful host. He went above and beyond when making us feel at home. He's responses were always quick and helpful, would highly recommend staying here. The condo was clean and well organised, my family felt very safe and respected

Great stay! Our host kindly let us check in at 1 pm, which made arrival a breeze. Communication was fast and friendly, and the unit was spotless, exactly as pictured. Would happily book again and recommend to anyone visiting.

There were many thoughtful touches to get you started. Internet was useful and problem-free. Everything was clean and tidy and the apartment is nicely decorated. It helped that I already knew the building as friends also have an apartment there, but amenities - supermarkets, outdoor eating/drinking, and shopping malls such as the smart Shang mall - are all within walking distance and it's a safe and lively area. There was a small issue dealing with the security desk on first arrival (but solved) and the keypad door lock was slightly hard to use at first but otherwise my stay went very smoothly and I would be very happy to use the apartment again so thank you, Mera.

Had a super pleasant stay at Rey’s condo. Clean, very walkable to MOA, Arena, Ikea, etc. Lots of things to do. Cozy place! Bang for your buck! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Host was great in communicating and location was great. I knew the general location fit my familys requirements, however the plentiful options of fast food and traditional sit down restaurants within walking distance was an added bonus. Not to mention Saint Lukes was literally down the street along with a 24hr Mercury which came in handy for last minute items that we forgot for our trip. There's nothing more I can say about the condo other its what I expected when booking the room however, outlets with USB ports all throughout the condo came in clutch for our charging our electronics. Overall, had a great experience and will be book with the host in the future if schedule allows.

Louis and Paulette's place is superb! Setting is both like you are in a 5-Star hotel and family home at the same time. The rooms though not as spacious as looking on the booking pictures, are clean and comfy. The kids were happy with the cereals and chocolate kisses, and the kids at heart with the coffee and drinks in the fridge😁 Plus Louis is a pro-active, ready in responding to queries, welcoming host. Thank you, will definitely book your Unit again when our family will again require such, and will recommend to friends. God bless ... cheers🥂
