To go shopping at bakeries, markets or pharmacies, it is necessary to use a car. It has kitchen utensils, with emphasis on Nespresso. Bring capsules. It has a gallon water filter. Smart TV. The contact with the hostess was smooth and kind. Finally, I recommend the experience and hope to return other times.

Chácara excellent to rest, enjoy nature and recharge! We spent a family anniversary. The place is complete, wide, we enjoy a lot. The caúcara accommodated well 11 guests, plus one pet that took too much advantage of the large backyard with trees. Cláudia was extremely communicative, welcoming and very helpful. I highly recommend the space to everyone who wishes to enjoy quiet days in Marília.

Great stay, everything was as advertised. Well-equipped apartment. Cleaning was okay. Bed linen ok: The only thing I missed was a water filter. In front of the condominium there is a supermarket that makes it easy for those who want to cook or make basic meals. Glauce was super attentive to me from the beginning, congratulations on the service.

Apartamento otimo, close to markets and pharmacy. Ideal location if you are looking to stay close to the universities (Unimar, Univem and Unesp) or near the clue to Assis. The building has no elevator, so people with limited mobility should check this point. I recommend :)
