Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Marina Beach

Accurately described and accessible to dubai mall. The view by the balcony is great and even from the pool while swimming. The rooms have huge closets which are handy for us or staying for quite a while. Very secured and nice neighborhood.

I highly recommend this place — 100% a great option! Everything was exactly as described, and the experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely book again and refer others without hesitation. Thank you, Nihal!

I like the clean place, I highly recommend everyone to have fun

I celebrated my and my friend's birthday at Olga's Villa. I couldn't ask for more for my Birthday :) The villa was very clean, spotless and top notch! Everything was well in place and exactly the way it was described. The location was perfect , next to the mall and to the beach. The location was also a bit private and completely away from the noise of the city! Olga was a very responsive and proactive and helped in organizing the stay very well and quick. The price of the property was worth the stay! The caretaker of the villa ''Etsy'' was very pleasant, helpful and friendly and I would give 10 stars to Etsy on how she takes care of the guests. Thank you Olga for being such a great host and providing us your space. We had such a magical time and I really look forward to booking your place once again, especially in winters to enjoy the pool more ;) Thank you so much once again :)

This was my first AirBnB booking ever and Dilshad made me feel welcome from the first 'hello'. My room was clean and tidy (and cool!), communication was excellent, and I liked the area because it's close to an organic cafe. The taxi driver who dropped me there from the airport got a bit lost, luckily I'd studied the map so I knew the way, and I ended up saying to drivers it's near the Oasis Mall, which worked every time! Dilshad was super helpful and a great host!

I have no words to describe the place and the hospitality of Abdul and his family. Abdul is such a great host, very accommodating, goes out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. 10/10 will recommend and will book again if given a chance.

Myriam is a wonderful host! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay — the apartment was clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, from the cozy decor to the well-stocked kitchen and quality amenities. Myriam was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Perfect place to stay, I in humble opinion the Place is better than the pictures.

It was a very good stay overall. Dubai Mall is just a 5-minute walk away, with Carrefour and a pharmacy conveniently located across the street. The apartment is close to major attractions, which saved lot on cab fares. The best part, an unobstructed view of the Burj Khalifa! The apartment is well-equipped with a washing machine, utensils, microwave, gas stove, and oven making it feel just like home. The host is approachable and friendly. Our kids especially loved having breakfast with the view of the Burj Khalifa.

We have a pleasant stay. Omar is very responsive. The place is just 10 minutes walk to Dubai Mall.

I understand that Natalia is new hostess but she should be escalated to Super Host! She was instantly responsive to communication and accommodating to requests. The apartment was SPECTACULAR! It was immaculate and the bathrooms looked like something out of a five star hotel! The view of JBR and a bit of Blue Waters was could be taken in from either balcony which was fantastic! The firm high bed mattress offered respite after a weary travel and daily activities as well as reason to stay in bed a bit longer. But what impressed me the most was the Google maps precision that Natalia provided for me to arrive. She virtually took me from plane departure to transport with approximate price to the door of the unit and included all I needed to know to operate during my stay! Clearly this hostess has put together the keys to a successful stay. Let her put them in your hands for a week and you will understand why!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in downtown Dubai! The location was perfect—just a short walk to Dubai Mall, close to grocery stores, and much more, which made everything very convenient. The price was excellent for the area, especially considering how central it is. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and check-in was smooth. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Dubai!
