The direct access to the beach was awesome. The house itself was very exciting and you could feel what a historic place it is. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need for daily life. Very quiet at night.

This was a very nice experience. It’s an apartment on the first floor of a villa… steps from the water with a beautiful exterior patio. You’re right on a popular beach with restaurants and plenty to do. Idyllic 👍

Gaia's house is charming. It is lovingly furnished, as can be seen in the pictures. The location is very good: you are 2 minutes from the beach and can visit many cities nearby. (Pisa 30 min, Florence 90 min) Gaia always responded quickly and greeted us with treats. We were able to check out flexibly. The noise from the main street is very audible. Unfortunately, we could not use the outdoor area because there were too many mosquitoes.

Honestly this place was absolute heaven. I plan on staying here every time I come to Viareggio if I can. I had only been to Viareggio years ago for the Carnevale parade and had no idea what to expect for this beach holiday but the space and town was better than we could have imagined. And the bikes were great.

We enjoyed the week in the apartment. Since there was not such nice weather yet, we were able to heat with the air conditioning. It was nice to have breakfast on the balcony and the beach (which is not so crowded and was a natural beach which we greatly appreciated) was within walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed. We will be happy to come back. You have nature right in front of you and can wake up with the birds chirping in the morning.

We chose this location as the first place to stay for our honeymoon trip and we really relaxed there. It was so quite, so calm, so intimate, it felt like home. The pool was clean, the view was amazing, so amazing that we preferred to prepare food or to buy something warm from the nearest Coop market and to eat it on our terrace than to go to a restaurant. The kitchen is small, you can prepare there only simple dishes. I totally recommend this house if you want privacy and a relaxing holiday.

We had a pleasant stay. The beautiful view, the private beach and residential access forgot that the wifi connection was not working. A lot of wind so we didn't enjoy the terrace too much but given the price was very correct. Dishes are a little chipped but everything was properly usable. The top Italian coffee machine. On the other hand, the address given was not the right one, we were told to go to 48 when it was at 74 , because the 48 corresponds to the number above the door in the large residence. We made our hosts wait. Thanks to her for her patience great welcome from her. Very available

Ilaria is a great hostess. Her apartment is beautifully situated by the sea, the great garden invites you to relax. We enjoyed it very much. She gave us very good tips for restaurants and things to do in the area and was always available.

This is an amazing place- great location right next to a beautiful sandy beach, with own shaded space reserved. The pool was also lovely and facilities great. Pietro was always on hand to help us and answer any enquiries. He kindly booked us taxis and was always very friendly.

Gianfranco is really a wonderful host, always available and with advice and help. The location of the apartment is really great, direct beach access, private parking right in front of the door. It was a very successful stay!

Great place to stay right on the beach. Just a few meters over the dune and you'll find a wonderful beach. There are beautiful stand bars right next door where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino. The apartment was lovingly furnished with many details. Somehow everything was there, whether for cooking or utensils for the beach. We had 4h traffic jam on arrival and could not reach the check-in in time. Nevertheless, Sharon was there for us at 11 pm. That was great.

a fantastic place with panoramic views of the mountains. Gioconda welcomed us in a very friendly way, the atmosphere is exceptional. We felt welcome and very comfortable. Gioconda gave us many helpful tips. Thanks for this lovely vacation❤️.

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

we absolutely loved our stay… just as described and more… close to Florence and other spots… what a view!!! Hopefully be back!

The apartment is situated just off the paseo- ideally located for bars, shops and the beach. It was perfect for our trip as we were there to go to the Carnival-plus side was that the property was within the fencing that stops you getting to watch the parade (as you have to buy a 15-25 euro ticket for each evening) so saved us a heap of money! Parking is available directly outside the apartment but you have to get a parking permit from the local tobacconist, I think they all do it. You also need to be aware that streets are clean regularly and if you park there when they are coming, they will give you a fine! Apartment has three bedrooms and is very nicely decorated, the fridge is very large and there is a lift up to the apartment. The balcony is huge and there is a great big table for alfresco dining as well as an outdoor shower really enjoyed our day.

Sandra is a lovely host and easy to communicate with. The Blue house is something special we thought. It exceeded our expectations even with lovely photos. It is perfectly situated with easy beach access, good local parking and the train station nearby for other trips.

It's a great apartment. Very spacious and with a terrace almost as large as the apartment, very well furnished to enjoy it. Very well-equipped kitchen. The air conditioning works great. I was great that I had a very large garage underneath to store my rental car. Francesca is always ready to help and if you miss something, she fixes it for you. It's a very quiet area with noises. Highly recommended.

We returned to Casa Levante for the second time and it was a guarantee! Federica was very kind and helpful as always and the house was equipped with everything you need and more, books for the little ones, games for the beach, in short, everything! We found cleanliness and order and in the kitchen every necessary comfort (coffee pods, oil, salt, sugar, dishwasher tablets... even rubber plates for our children!) If it were possible to give more than 5 stars, Casa Levante would deserve them all, a guarantee!

Great place and great location! Close to both beach establishments and public beach! Perfect place to visit Viareggio! I recommend it!
