This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

Iz sobe se izlazi na balkon sa vrtnim namještajem i pogledom na vrt. Najbliza trgovina se nalazi na svega 10m udaljenosti a grad na 5min lagane šetnje uz more. Apartman ima klimu, TV i wifi (uključeno u cijenu).

As a part of city walls building has a unique location near the sea and city center. UNESCO world heritage site, Episcopal Complex of the Euphrasian Basilica is just steps away. Because of the age of the building and the many owners of the common space, the staircase is in poor condition. But do not worry the apartment is restored and comfortable☺
