Absolutely loved our stay! The home was stunning—beautifully decorated, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and lively nightlife. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a gated community, great staff working there, 2 pools, amazing view at the Marina just steps away from the house. Easy access, 5-10 mins walk to the Marina's restaurants. The house itself is spacious, first floor has lots of room. Rooms upstairs have comfy beds. Master bedroom has a great view to the Marina, spacious shower. Fans and AC work great everywhere, we had no problems staying cool during hot days. a bit outdated kitchen, and a bit narrow, but this was no problem, we mostly used Uber Eats, which is super fast delivery from all kinds of restaurants right to your door. The house is a bit pricey, and may need some interior updates, but it was worth it anyway, to be honest. We stayed here for over a month and it was really hard to leave. The host was helpful and pleasant to work with! If we ever go back to PV, would definitely try to stay there again.

This place was excellent. We loved how close it was to the beach. The pool area was lovely and very quiet. The house itself was clean and modern. The kitchen was easy to cook in. There was lots of space for the 6 who were there. The place had all the beach chairs and umbrellas we needed. The bedrooms were great except that two of the beds were double beds and not queen size. For us it was fine for the 2 weeks we were there but it was a little cozy sleeping. The sitting area on the roof was great. We loved having our dinners up there. Overall a great experience.

Great property manager, great location for walking into marina with plenty of bars and restaurants. Loved our trip icing on the cake of house is roof top terrace off bedroom to watch great sunsets loved PV and Mikes tours was excellent for whale watching

The apartment and the condominium where it is is very nice, as shown in the pictures. The location is very good. Norma is a great host always pending and attentive, she gave us many recommendations to improve our stay. 100% recommended.

Absolutely the most amazing views. We saw Whales, dolphins and a crocodile all from the balcony. Very safe feeling, security very friendly. Hope to go back.

The cute home was perfect! 20-30 minutes from Puerto Vallarta “ el malecón “ and 5 minutes away from “ playa colomitos”. Very cozy , and private. I would only say to bring ear plugs for your stay as you will be woken up by neighborhood roosters 🐓 at break of dawn lol . But, that really made for a great experience too. Overall, I’m definitely coming back.

Very cool place, beautiful view, swinging bed is awesome, rooftop access was killer. very minor issues I think can be resolved, the hot water shower is a bit janky and very very tough not to either freeze or literally scald yourself... probably needs a bit of tweaking. to get to the town area of yelapa you do usually need to wade through waist high water so that is worth mentioning (kind of. hassle at 9 pm with little guidance...). totally a great place though would definitely stay there again. maybe pack some earplugs for roosters (not their problem :p). very very responsive host and was very satisfied!

Wonderful private space for 2. I especially loved being in the valley, sipping my coffee in the early sun and staring at the beautiful green mountainside. The accomodation has everything you need. They have filtered water to drink, a big fridge, blender, stove and all the rest. I preferred being in the valley over the town. It gave such a remote feel. It was a 10 minute approx to the beach, a bit more to the town. We enjoyed walking both sides of the river and going in different directions each day. The walk to the waterfall is super worth it. We left a bit late around 145pm and caught the tail end of the sun at the waterfall. I would aim to go at least an hour earlier or more to enjoy drying off with the sun after your swim. Our only trouble was getting into a deep sleep as some nights the barking dogs and clucking roosters decided to have various ranges of chatter that persisted down the valley. It's the small payoff for the bounty of beauty and wonderfulness that is Yelapa.
