Neighbors to the east are an older couple typically there throughout the summer but very quiet. Neighbors to the west usually reside on weekends. Included are 2 kayaks to use at your leisure. Boat ramp nearby. Please note the cottage sits on a well, so the water has an off smell so shouldn’t be used to drink!
