Excellent location 500 meters from the beach!

5 minutes from La Caracola Beach, right on Av Bolivar near supermarkets, shopping centers and places of interest. We have all the facilities for remote work, fiber optics, UPS for modem power supply and up to 4 laptops for 8 hours. The apartment has a 500-liter water tank to provide uninterrupted use of water (water is supplied for half an hour 3 times a day) With swimming pool, tennis, children's park and pool In one of the best buildings on the Island!

Between the sky and the sea...

Comfortable apartment of 50 m2, facing the Caribbean sea, with private exit to the beach , and a few minutes from Concorde beach. With three separate spaces: kitchen, bedroom and living room, it has two water tanks of 500 and 300 liters, WIFI, hot water in the shower, semi-equiped kitchen, 1 double bed in private room, 1 sofa and 1 parking station with 24 hour security. Currently no pool, and no air conditioning but with two fans.

My stay in Micaela's apartment, from January 3rd to 9th, was simply wonderful. Blanca, the hostess, welcomed me with a warmth that made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Her attention throughout my stay was impeccable, from check-in to check-out. The apartment, located in the CCM Shopping Center, offered all the necessary amenities: an equipped kitchen, fridge, closet and clean towels. In addition, the convenience store, pizzerias, and car and bike rental services within the same shopping mall were very convenient. Blanca, in addition to being an excellent host, gave me a small tour of the area, showing me how close La Vela Shopping Center was, one of the largest on the island. There I was able to enjoy a gym, shops and restaurants. What I valued most was the security of the place. The parking lot has 24-hour surveillance and the guards are extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you very much!
