Beachfront holiday rental in Marion Bay

Great spot in great location. Unfortunately there were some civil works being undertaken in the boat ramp car park during our stay which meant it was quite noisey with trucks and diggers from early morning. In saying that would definitely stay again once works are complete!

Fantastic apartment. The view from the terrace was spectacular and had plenty of sun beds table and chairs to make it a second living area. Michael was very friendly and even gave us some crabs one day.

St Helena's was the perfect additional accommodation we needed for a group gathering at sultana point. It was very well set up, clean and location was amazing.

Location was great with an amazing view. Merridy and Andrew were very helpful and friendly. The shack was a perfect little set-up for the price and just our small family. It has a nice entertaining area out the front, overlooking the beach which was great for us as the weather conditions weren’t very favourable to be down on the beach itself. Would stay again.

Can't wait to come back and stay again soon!

Perfect location across from the beach, best position in Port Vincent!

The York Peninsula boasts one of the finest locations I've ever visited. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. We happily spent two days there. The beach is conveniently located less than a minute's walk away and offers a tranquil atmosphere. I certainly plan to return soon!

Thank you to Sol team for very comfortable stay. Although it rained we could all spread out and do different things within the accomodation. And when the sun came out we could enjoy the beach.

What a great spot for a break. This place is well suited to a couple of families for a relaxing, peaceful holiday. The deck also provides extra space for kids to play and still be seen. Having the beach just a short walk away is a bonus also, the kids loved going down and collecting shells. Having all the linen and towels supplied made it so easy when all you need to pack is food and clothes. The kitchen has all the utensils and cooking items you need. We recommend this place and would return.

Casa del Mar was just as I remembered from childhood visits with my family — warm, welcoming, and truly a home away from home, with everything you could possibly need. Returning in 2025 with a group of friends, I was even more impressed than the first time! The location is absolutely perfect — within walking distance to the pub, general store, and jetty, and just a short drive to the national park and the other side. The house comfortably accommodated all 10 of us — three couples and four friends — and the view from the balcony is simply stunning. I would highly recommend Casa del Mar to anyone looking for a well-equipped, ideally located getaway in the heart of Marion Bay. 10/10!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house is in a fantastic location, just a short and easy stroll to the beach, and the views from the balcony were stunning. It was the perfect setup for our two families (8 people total), with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy our Christmas break. While we encountered a minor issue with the sliding door, Brett’s prompt communication and quick resolution meant it didn’t impact our stay at all. It’s reassuring to know that any issues are handled with care and efficiency. Highly recommend this property for its location, space, and attentive host!

Huge windows and a balcony to enjoy the spectacular sunsets. Comfy couches to lay on. Well equipped kitchen and lovely dining area also making the most of the view. It was blowing a gale on our first night but we felt warm with the air con on. It’s a very peaceful place with not much around and no shops but really nice for unwinding offline. It was nice to walk out on the extensive rock pools at low tide. Bring your favourite novel (there are also some coffee table books to peruse which kept me occupied). I also noticed a selection of board games and DVDs. We watched our favourite TV series in the evening by connecting our laptop to the living room TV. The only slight inconvenience is bringing all of your own bedding and towels and pillows. But the shower was so big and very enjoyable with the water fall ceiling shower and modern minimal design. It was a short drive to Minlaton for supplies but we mostly brought all of our food with us.

We loved our time here. Perfect spot to get out in the kayaks and body boards for adults and kids alike. Big open living area was great for us as we were a party of 10 and plenty room to play and rest. We will be back for sure!!

Brett is an amazing host. The house has a beautiful cabin look and feel that's absolutely cozy and extremely comfortable. The house is aptly appointed for a family stay around Innes.

We rocked the beach shack vibe at Bernie’s. Awesome location on the beach (down the stairs and rock stairs). Kids loved playing on the safe beach, exploring the rocks and fishing (caught 5 squid and some whiting). Small bathroom but very comfy beds, air con and dishwasher were excellent facilities in this little beach shack- had all we needed. Very clean and functional. We spent most time outside overlooking the beautiful sea.
