This is a lovely home in a very safe area. A close drive to the convention center. Andrew is a great host and even accomodated a late check out for us when our travel plans changed. Visit Tappers arcade bar up the road for some fun while here. Thanks for a great stay!

the place was exactly as described, and perfect for our needs. we were in town for our daughter's wedding and needed a place to stay with our dogs, Carolyn's place was perfect with a fenced in back yard. the kitchen is well equipped and stocked, we enjoyed a coffee every morning. Carolyn's home is beautiful and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Indy. Thank you Carolyn, I greatly appreciate you!

Michael was very responsive and excellent at communicating. We asked if he had a coffee pot and he sent a Starbucks gift card when he responded that he did not. The beds and bedding were comfy. Towels and washcloths were set out in every room. Convenient location; only 15 minutes from downtown.

What an amazing home! Beautifully decorated and very clean, but also an unbeatable location that is walkable to downtown and so many restaurants. Felt right at home and Amanda was an amazing host, we hope to be back for future Indy events!

Elizabeth's place was perfect for us and Elizabeth was very helpful and responsive. The location is perfect, with access to a park along the river and walkable to great restaurants. It's also an easy drive to IMS if you're in town for a race (which we were). The house if very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Mike’s place was everything my group and I needed for our race weekend in Indy. All of my interactions with him and his team from before our arrive until after we left were helpful and timely. Requests and questions were met with informative responses — even ones in the early morning hours. The home has plenty of spaces to sleep and beds are comfy. The outdoor space was perfect for a bbq night. We loved being so close to everything Broad Ripple has to offer as well. Would definitely look to stay again in the future!

Staying at Madisson’s apartment as a foreigner was one of the best decisions i could make. Her responses were quick, instructions clear, the place was absolutely comfortable! The bed…. Had amazing sleep!! The place has a beautiful view to the canal, minutes away from that scenery. 15 min walk from downtown, 1 min walk from bus station, so it has a great location. The building is completly private so you would not get in with out your access key, that made me feel really safe. Had the absolute best experience to have her as my host and feeling comfortable in her place away from home. Definetely would recommend and would come back!!!!

Christina was extremely kind and extremely responsive whenever we had a question. The apartment is charming, spacious, clean, and very nicely decorated. She left us plenty of coffee and other goodies to use. The location is in a charming neighborhood just minutes from downtown which makes it very accessible to everywhere you want to go. Overall a wonderful place to stay, I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Great place to stay. Was centrally located to our needs and activities. Clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out was easy, clear instructions. Peaceful setting on the lake. We would stay again on our next visit.

Loved our stay at Lystina's place. It was perfect for our little trip. Right in the heart of downtown and walking distance to so many things. For us it was a quick walk to catch an Indiana Fever game. The place was clean, comfortable, and the little balcony was a delight.

Wonderful location with a spacious layout! The king-sized bed offered plenty of room to stretch out...especially great if you're tall. The area was peaceful every night, and the neighbors were all friendly. Gym, pool, and grounds were well maintained, which made the stay even better. I would definitely book again for business. Molly's place was the perfect home away from home for a comfortable, peaceful stay during our extended family gathering in Indianapolis. The property is in a quiet neighborhood, and the yard was pleasantly landscaped and well-maintained. The home itself has been very tastefully decorated and furnished and was immaculately clean. The kitchen and its coffee bar were extremely well-stocked with an assortment of sweet and savory snacks and beverages. Beds were very comfortable, with ample sleep space. The spacious family/living room with fireplace offered a relaxing environment between other activities. Molly was proactive, prompt, helpful, and gracious in all her communications with us during the stay, and we encountered no notable problems. Would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Beautiful and clean place; had a lot is sleeping options; close to everything; great place to unwind after exploring Indy for the day; the owner is very responsive to your questions and includes a very descriptive booklet of restaurants, activities, events, and night life opportunities that are close by. The back yard was so neat to sit out and enjoy after a day of exploring. Everyone had their own bed to choose from in a private space which was an added bonus. It was very clean and very accurate to the online pictures.

This cozy little house was in the perfect location for our stay in Broad Ripple. We were easily with-in walking distance to the Moman Trail and all the restaurants in the area. There was a nice park a block away for the dog. The street was quiet and residential. We had no trouble parking 2 cars in front of the house. There was seating for 4 in the living room which is always appreciated. Communication was exceptional, and the house was clean. There was even a nice basket of snacks awaiting our arrival. If I can to knit pick on anything - maybe some new pillows for the beds would be a nice addition. We would not hesitate to book this house again.

The airbnb was gorgeous! The beds were comfortable. It was easy to find. My favorite were the giant windows overlooking the city!!! I would definitely stay again!!

Cute home. The location was ideal for me, but be aware a train is a stones throw away. During my stay it came through a few times over night, horn a blazing.
