Just a quick mile (3 minutes) to the interstate makes this place close enough to be convenient and far enough to be quiet. Or, instead of hopping on the interstate, just continue on into the heart of downtown Cedar Rapids for business or pleasure. Luxurious 12 inch memory foam mattresses on each bed for exceptional rest. When you're awake, there's a Keurig and high speed internet (100 Mb).

The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. Location! You cant get any better than the location of Sandstone Haus at Amana. Steps from boutique shopping, wineries, resteraunts, and a brewery! This two bedrooms( each with a king bed)one bathroom suite is a perfect place to spend a night, weekend, or a week in Amana. You do walk thru one bedroom to get to the 2nd bedroom. The living room has a very comfortable power reclining sofa. We have two smart tv's in this space, a few apps are available on the tv for free.
