Kazeem was very communicative and helpful with questions about the place. It was accurate in what you are getting, but I would say the price is a little too high per night. It does have a pool but it wasn’t heated, so just know that if you are interested in swimming. Otherwise it was close to the Main Street of Muncie to amenities.

The space was beautiful, the pool was perfect and it was stocked with the essentials. If we ever go to Fort Wayne again we will definitely be staying here! Thanks for your hospitality!

Stayed here for a long family weekend. We all absolutely loved the space and how peaceful it was. Checking in and out was a breeze. The kids had plenty of space to play both inside and outside. Hosts were very responsible and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful farmhouse getaway.

Georges place was great and worked well for our games at GP! Downside was small pots and pans making it very difficult to cook the groceries we brought. They were very responsible for the whole stay and the home was cozy!

This place was amazing for our family vacation. The goal was to spend family time together & there was plenty for us all to do. Lots of outdoor activities in nature! The beach was great for adult hang-out & games of spike ball (which we brought), & fun in the sand for the kids. Loved our pontoon boat rides & campfires as well. The indoor pool was great anytime day & night & was always a good back up in case it we had rain. The common areas were large enough for us to all have space & there was plenty of sleeping room. We had an amazing time & will definitely revisit. Ryan was courteous & quick to respond. Absolutely loved this trip!

We loved our stay here it was a very beautiful home. The pool was nice and clean loved that it was a heated. Dijana was a great host she replied back instantly when I messaged her very friendly and let us check in early when she didn’t have too! I would definitely stay here again when I’m in the area. This was our second trip to Grace Farm. We shared this stay with our daughters and their children. It was a great place for the kids to run and play school and share time together (sleep over) with cousins. Such a happy sound to hear giggles coming from the upstairs rooms!!Welcoming treats are always a hit and there was everything we needed fix our food with. We will be returning when special events call us to this area!

Jewell was very proactive communicating with us before our arrival with details on how to get in. There were very welcoming touches like a bag of Chex mix, some bottles of water in the fridge, and even some oatmeal packets and coffee if we wanted to use them. The AC/Heater was a little confusing at first, but we figured it out. We have a student at Taylor University and would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and we enjoyed the delicious cookies that were left for us upon arrival!! It was a perfect fit for our family. Very peaceful but a close drive to restaurants and stores if needed. We highly recommend staying here if you are in the area!!

John's place is marvelous! The pictures definitely do not do the house justice. The house is so beautiful and I could Tay there forever! John was a great host, and we would definitely stay again! Our dogs LOVE the fenced in yard. There is a ping pong table and dart board in the garage, and those are a great touch! Plenty of towels. John is very responsive and lives close by if you ever need anything. Definitely recommend!

We loved our stay. Donna and Joni have a great house and you'll have a private setting to enjoy peace and quiet. Would stay here again.

Home is in a great location, easy access to all of Muncie. walking and biking available on the Greenway. Great host.

We came for our son’s orientation and were able to walk to campus 15-20min. The house was clean and we appreciated the supply of snacks, Kcups, & shampoo/bodywash.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here while visiting local family. Residence was exactly as described. We had a child with us and were thrilled with the upstairs play area, toys, and backyard playset. We had everything we needed to make it a stress-free stay.

Rita’s place was my home away from home during my contract in Indy. It’s a cute, tiny abode with peaceful surroundings. I was impressed by how clean and neat the entire unit was. I appreciate Rita for going above and beyond to accommodate the length of my stay. Though there was a miscommunication with the entire duration of my stay, I could have prevented it if I reverified with her accordingly. But overall, I enjoyed staying in the unit, and oh I most enjoyed and appreciated how comfy the bed this unit has! 😀

From the location to the accommodations themselves, this was a perfect place for our stay. Everything was clean, it’s in a safe/peaceful neighborhood, there are many of restaurants and shops close by, and plenty of fun things to do at the home itself. We felt so at home! Ashley was very responsive and the home was exactly as described/pictured. We had a wonderful stay.

Ryan was an excellent host and definitely exceeded all expectations that I had. My family and I drove 2 days to get to Muncie for an event at Ball State University. A great location to get to the University. The house looked exactly like the pictures posted. Beautiful and very well kept. If we ever need to go back to Muncie we will definitely want to stay again. We felt like we were home and all of our needs were met. All I can say is EXCELLENT!!

We enjoyed staying at the Muncie Blue Nest! The house was beautiful, the beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked to cook any meals and Renee was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. The house was very clean and we had lots of space to relax and hang out. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed our morning walk around the block. The house is close to grocery stores, restaurants and a very nice walking trail along the White River. A wonderful house to stay at, felt like home!
