Family-friendly holiday rentals in Mariscal Sucre

If you are not familiar with Quito, I think La Floresta is one of the best neighborhoods in Quito. I’d guess there are over 30 restaurants within a 2 block radius of this apartment with anything from hotdogs to sushi and anything in between. High priced to low prices. It’s also a short walk to a supermarket, pharmacies, banks. I was a bit surprised when I entered the apartment, as it was more elegant than the pictures showed. I found Alejandro to be easy to work with, although work may slow his response. Overall I expect I will be back in this apartment again.

Location: Hotel Casa Elena is located an 8min bus ride ($0.35) from the central historic district of Quito. The busstop is in front of the hotel. If you prefer to sleep peacefully away from noise of the city then this is the place for you. There are low-priced family owned; restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries within a 5 to 15 min walk. This is Andes ⛰️ so there are HILLS! Accommodations: Casa Elena is a family run hotel. Dario is the host and he is very affable and responsive to any question or request. The room is a small studio with an en-suite restroom, a basic kitchen, and a large window which allows you to enjoy the gentle rushing of the nearby river, the FRESH AIR, and the peace and quiet which is unavailable at more centrally located locations. The gym is well appointed with options for; weightlifting, boxing , 🏀 and ⚽️ They also have a hottub on the roof with excellent views. Casa Elena is a hidden gem with ⭐️⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️, locally owned accommodations in a safe community.

Mi estancia en este alojamiento fue excelente. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, muy bien equipado y tal como se muestra en las fotos. La cama era cómoda, el wifi funcionaba perfecto y la ubicación era ideal, cerca de todo lo necesario pero en una zona tranquila. Además, el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con recomendaciones y responder rápidamente cualquier duda. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo 100%.

A mi familia le gustó mucho, es un lindo departamento que está muy bien ubicado, dentro de una zona residencial de buen nivel y que presta todas las facilidades de comodidad y seguridad. Kerly excelente anfitriona, preocupada que todo se encuentre en orden y presta ayudarte, en el futuro regresaría sin pensarlo dos veces.

El Departamento fue excelente para nuestro tiempo en quito, estuvimos 10 días con dos niños pequeños y tiene todo lo necesario para estar muy cómodos. Todo está de lujo, seguro y el plus que ofrece con la alberca, sala de cine y de más es espectacular. Súper zona, todo cerca caminando :) Gustavo siempre estuvo al pendiente y contestó de manera rápida y profesional a nuestras dudas

Very convenient location, two blocks from Foch Plaza. Great views. Very secure building. The building and its furnishings are not modern and are showing their age, but I enjoyed the stay very much.

Pasamos una noche en el apartamento de David a nuestro regreso de un viaje de trabajo. El apartamento está muy buen ubicado, en uno de los barrios más bonitos de Quito. Es la segunda vez que me alojo en el apartamento de David y me siento muy cómoda allí: es amplio, la cocina está bien equipada, tiene lavadora y secadora y es muy tranquilo. Lo recomiendo altamente!

Ho soggiornato in casa di Diego per un mese e mi sono trovata benissimo. L'appartamento è accogliente e arredato con gusto, ha tutte le comodità anche per una permanenza lunga. La posizione è centralissima, molto vicino alla stazione della metro Carolina e al centro commerciale El Jardin. A due passi il bellissimo parco La Carolina. L'appartamento è al quarto piano, è silenzioso e ben illuminato. L'edificio ha le guardie di sorveglianza h24, tutte sempre molto gentili e disponibili. La punta di diamante è poi l'attenzione e la gentilezza del padrone di casa. Per qualsiasi necessità risponde prontamente ai messaggi, risolve problemi ed esaudisce ogni richiesta. Una vera garanzia. Mi sono trovata benissimo e mi è dispiaciuto andarmene. Ringrazio Diego veramente di cuore.

This is my new favorite place to stay in Quito. The hotel is so cute!! Everyone there was so helpful and kind. Helping me find a lost phone, making sure I got where I was going safely, even changing my sheets and towels all the time!! Who does that on AirBnb ?? Three blacks away is Cherusker, the best brew-pub in Ecuador. What else do you need?

My stay with Daniela was amazing. She was helpful in every way. She kindly welcomed me after my long flight and offered me some tea. Daniela was responsive to every question I had about the city, the country, and the neighborhood. When I encountered issues at the apartment, she tried to help me!!Thanks to her support, my stay was peaceful, and I truly felt at home. The apartment is just amazing: cozy with a nice view!

El hospedaje de Ricardo y Marielisa es recomendable al 100%, me sentí muy comido, seguro, y muy cerca hay buenos lugares y restaurantes; los anfitriones estuvieron siempre muy atentos a cualquier petición; sin duda voy a regresar; Excelente servicio!

The place is in a very convenient location at the same time, very quiet and peaceful. The museum and park are nearby. SuperMaxi is within walking distance. Everything I need for living is in good condition, well well-equipped. Cathy is truly nice and friendly, and very easy to contact. I am truly happy to stay in this place. This is SixStar place!!

We loved having the downtown high rise city experience for the week we were in Quito. Beautiful views. Felt safe with a gated private garage with parking spot & (sweet) doorman greeting you each time you came & went. Plenty of space and good floor plan. Laundry in unit was SO nice! Comfortable beds and linens. Quiet neighbors, but the windows and walls are thin so you could hear city noises or construction from the apartment down the hall. We loved having the windows open for the cool fresh air. Several retail/dining options + 2 nice malls walking distance. We were careful & didn't venture far at night and didnt go alone, but we did send the kids to the store down the street in the mornings, and we always felt safe. Traffic was only bad during rush hours. We were able to get tours to pick us up at the apartment and take us to Banos and we drove our rental car to tours in other parts of the city and to Mindo. Host was available to answers any questions we had about staying in the city.

Fue una estadía relajante y tranquila, la casa es antigua pero muy cuidada , Maria Agusta fue una anfitriona increíble siempre pendiente de nuestras necesidades, realmente la pasamos increíble, justo lo que necesitaba con mi familia, un lugar cerca para poder movilizarnos en diferentes horarios y a la vez nos sentirnos alejados de todo. Muchas gracias por todo esperamos volver pronto.

El alojamiento fue perfecto para nuestro viaje. Los hospedadores super amables y atentos a nuestros horarios de preferencia. Nos recibieron con todo en perfecto estado, muy hermoso y fuimos bienvenidos con bonitos detalles que hicieron nuestra estadía aún mejor. Este alojamiento es sumamente recomendable, en complejo totalmente seguro y confortable , a la vez que disfrutable en ubicación de preferencia dentro de la ciudad. Imposible mejorarlo.
