Casa Stella - Spacious central villa

This charming detached house is situated in the beautiful Gruia district of Cluj-Napoca. It is conveniently located, in a green and peaceful area of the city, yet at walking distance to the city centre. This characterful house benefits from a courtyard with garden and has the bonus of a splendid heated outdoor swimming pool, open May until September. The house exists of a main house, sleeping in total 10persons, and an apartment with separate entrance from the garden area which sleeps 2 persons.

NEW - Jacuzzi tub - 200 LEI/2 day stay The cabin is located in the beautiful village of Dealu Negru (Black Hill), 1 hour drive from the busy and growing city of Cluj-Napoca. Growing up on the property, the cabin represents a lifelong dream, built by the hands of my hard working father, whose talent you will notice in details all around the place (pay attention to the ceiling in particular, where you can notice mirrored wood panes, layed out carefully to represent the lenght of the tree).

Cozy converted barn with fireplace; nature retreat

Newly restored and converted barn, a magical space with lovely views of the surrounding mountains and hills. The barn is ideal for 2-3 people, but can accomodate a maximum of 5, with a double, a single and a sofa bed (access to sleeping space requires climbing stairs or a ladder). 20 metres from the barn, there is wood and a fireplace for an evening chat and stargazing by the fire. An outdoor shower with solar heated water is also available. The kitchen is functional and has amazing views!

Please read our listing before booking. This is not a conventional holiday home, but a small, nature-oriented homestead where we try to live gently and consciously. We use outdoor facilities, conserve water, compost our waste, grow food and share our space with the animals and wildlife around us. We invite our guests to slow down, spend time outdoors and experience a simpler way of living in harmony with nature. If that sounds appealing to you, you will feel very much at home here.

Old wooden barn, Cătunu' lui Victor

Why not step back in time and enjoy the beauty of the Transylvania countryside? Situated in the top of the hill,the building was relocated and completely restored in 2017 on the former domains of Count Zichy from the Austro-Hungarian period. The old barn recreates the atmosphere of the end of the 18th century,offering the current and modern confort. Also,the “OLD WOODEN BARN” offers a wonderful and unique view of the pine forest that surrounds this dream landscape. .

Hambar Belis

Enjoy the quirky, cosy interiors in this romantic getaway in the middle of nature. This tiny house allows space for all the much-needed necessities such as open plan living space, kitchen, bathroom and mezzanine bedroom as well as an outdoor terrace with lake view. Ideal for summer getaways with many scenic views of the lake and hiking trails, mountain biking, paddle boarding on Lake Belis or winter trips to Marisel sky and snowboard slopes being just 20 km away.

Stunning House on the Hill Beautiful traditional Transylvanian wood house completely renovated with modern details! Situated on the hill, 300m off the E60 highway, this wood house from 1810s was fully renovated in 2016 by us. We included all modern conforts: floor heating, air conditioning, high end bathroom and beds. The kitchen is equipped at the minimum level with a sink, a small refrigerator and a coffee machine.
