Cozy 50m2 loft with 2 bedrooms and living room with fireplace and modern kitchen is located on the third floor of a wooden building house (built in 1879) which is located on the Old Town's Special Conservation Zone, right in the centre of Viljandi and close to everything - cafés, lake and castle ruins. The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

Viljandi lossivaremed on 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Teie kasutuses on ka maja taga asuv grillinurk. Korter mahutab 4 külalist. Korteris on voodi (160x200) ja lahtikäiv diivanvoodi (140x200).Parkimine pole hoovis võimalik, lähim võimalus on “Mäe” tänav või Viljandi järve parkla. Viljandi is known for its colorful old wooden houses and fairy tale like vibe and this apartment allows you to have the full experience of what Viljandi has to offer. The spacious two bedroom apartment has renovated original wooden floors, light overall interior and lots of colors. The apartment is located next to Valuoja park (valley) and has a great view on the park. The location is peaceful and quite, but at the same time walking distance away from everything.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

In the bathroom we have petrified wood sink - wonder of nature! We offer you a free parking space in the garden in case you are traveling by car.
