My husband and I instantly felt right at home in this beautiful villa with our 3 children aged 13, 10 and 5. We were greeted by our gracious superhost Hind and her daughter on our arrival and welcomed in to the villa. They gave us a guided tour ensuring we knew everything about the property to make our stay comfortable. Hind went above and beyond in accommodating our needs. She prepared a delicious meal for us as we arrived late in the evening. She arranged a cook to prepare lunch at a very reasonable cost and thoughtfully suggested meals she thought we would enjoy. The breakfast prepared by the onsite governess was delicious and the daily laundry service was an added bonus. The villa itself is homely yet has a beautiful and stylish aesthetic feel. The garden and pool area is beautifully maintained. The rooms are spacious and cosy. We were more then happy to spend our entire day at the villa and were sad to leave. Our first Air BnB experience surpassed expectations thanks to Hind!

Huge place, cozy and very nice location. We chose to walk for most of the stay, amazing restaurants and locations all walking distance. Air conditioning in every room, the decor and the lighting was spot on. The cleaning lady/cook is very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

The perfect stay in Marrakech. This beautiful Riad sits tucked away right off a busy street that leads you to the plaza in a 10 min walk. There are SO many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Check in was seamless as a driver was waiting for us at the airport who drove us to the plaza then met with a man who took our luggage in a wheelbarrow to our Riad. The place is so stunning with a real feel for Marrakech. It's an open layout but all of the bedrooms have an air con unit. Fatima took care of us every single day we were so grateful for her. We scheduled dinner twice and breakfast once with her and it was some of the best meals we had during our stay. She also planned and set up at home henna and massages for us. For our departure she scheduled the luggage pick up and the taxi it was wonderful and so easy. WE LOVE YOU FATIMA. I cried leaving because of how at home this place made us feel and all of the love we felt. We will be back. Thank you so much.

The location is very good and we were very comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice. To improve, the water pressure of the shower and put more pillows on the beds.

I can’t say enough about this place. looks exactly like the pictures so clean and beautiful. Marouane, Azzeddine and Aissa were so friendly and so helpful from check in to check out . Spent a great time with my little family and really enjoyed the whole house and pool . Highly recommend this beautiful home .

Eugenio was always very prompt to answer any queries. The house had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The plunge pool was fabulous after a morning of wandering, shopping, seeing the sights to cool off in, then a quick dip after the evenings meal😁. Youssef the driver/ tour guide was very friendly and helpful, took us on a desert trip that was wonderful 😀 . Promptly picked us up on arrival and when we left drove us too. It was a fabulous stay from start to finish. Thank you. 😊 l

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful villa. Everything was perfectly as described, or even better. The house is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and very well-equipped. The garden and pool offer an idyllic setting to relax in. The host was particularly understanding which greatly contributed to the quality of our stay. I want to thank Zidane for his availability as well as the whole team.

My stay was absolutely amazing. Everything went super smoothly from start to finish. Sophie is a fantastic host, super friendly and very communicative, which made everything even easier. The place was perfect, and we especially loved the delicious breakfast with Fatima. Such a lovely touch! I’d 100% stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this Airbnb! The location is ideal: close to shops, restaurants and the main attractions, while remaining quiet for resting. The accommodation is impeccable: very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and perfectly equipped. It immediately feels like a home away from home. Every detail is thought out for guest comfort. But what really makes the difference is the exceptional service offered. A very special mention for the housekeeper, who is very attentive from the beginning to the end of the stay. Always available, attentive and very kind, she anticipates needs and ensures that everything goes well. I highly recommend this place, a real gem!

We loved our stay with Nadia. This Riad is a little gem with its three private bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The rooftop terrace is ideal for ending the evening. We appreciated the calm of the place after the tumult of the busy streets of the medina. Nadia is easy to reach and responds quickly to questions. We enjoyed the breakfast prepared by Bouchra. It was very good! Don't hesitate to choose this place!

Exceptional stay. Anas and Emma went above and beyond to look after us! Communication was excellent from pre-booking too. We had a little baby and they took extra time to find amenities that would suit him (e.g. high chair, baby bath). Probably the nicest highlight was our wonderful and kind housekeeper Nozar and Hadijah. They made us fee so welcome, made really lovely meals and even played with our baby! (Please do ask for them if you are staying here!) Location of the Riad was great, the pool is small but warm which was perfect for us. The is the terrace is beautiful and a great place to have breakfast. Cannot recommend a stay here enough! We’ve made some brilliant memories and is arguably one of the best AirBnB’s I’ve ever stayed at.

Everything was perfect! Julie and Anas were great hosts! The villa was amazing and consistent with the photos! We ate very well and the housekeeper (Fatima) was very welcoming and prepared us hearty and delicious dishes! Thanks again to all our hosts for this perfect weekend with friends! Note only (although independent of Julie and Anas), it is better to return accompanied or with several people at night!

Ismail and Aziz were amazing! They were very proactive and extremely helpful in making our trip and getting around as easy as possible! The breakfast was great and the Riad was a dream! We are super grateful for both of them and their hospitality, we would definitely come again for them and the beautiful Riad! I had a wonderful stay in Marrakech, and this place was the perfect landing spot for a first-time visit. Adriano was incredibly proactive and supportive—from helping me navigate my arrival from the airport to coordinating my departure to the bus station a few days later. The space itself was full of charm, with a beautiful terrace view that made it easy to relax and take in the city. I truly felt welcomed and cared for—like I left with a new friend. Thank you, Adriano!

My friends and I had such a great experience staying at this place. It was a great deal with plenty of room for all 7 of us. The host was extremely welcoming and friendly and was quick to respond to any needs we had!

This place is beautiful and as exactly as the listing shows. Comfortable, roomy, the decor was beautiful, very clean. The roof top sitting area and pool was a lovely place to relax in the evenings or when not out. The rooms were all of a good size. Ample space in property and in a very peaceful and quiet location. The location was brilliant, not too far from the airport and yet very close to the main square and within walking distance of many shops, places to eat etc. Saida was very lovely and her breakfasts each morning were great to start the day on. Her english was poor but luckily we managed to communicate with no problems. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone, I can not fault it.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa in Marrakesh. From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly helpful and extremely professional, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. The villa itself is stunning — beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. The swimming pool and hot tub were a real highlight, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. A special mention to the cook, who prepared the most fantastic traditional/oriental breakfasts each morning — truly delicious and beautifully presented Our driver was also incredibly helpful throughout the stay, making getting around Marrakesh smooth and stress-free. He was always punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Marrakesh. We will most definitely be back.

Franck's riad is so easily accessible in the medina. Plus, he was very responsive and a fantastic host. special thanks to Nizha, who cooked an amazing dinner for us, and always had lovely brekkie ready for us in the morning. Thank you so so much for making our Marralech trip so comfortable and fun!

The hosts were really nice and responsive, they managed to face our concerns over safety at night. Breakfast were good. We love the villa, better than our expectations. We had a hood time staying there as a group of 11.

We had a great time at Villa Gassambre. 🫶🏻 Everything was perfect, the house is very nice, quiet and decorated with great care! We were very warmly welcomed by Zineb who was at our disposal throughout the stay. The meals and breakfasts at the villa were very hearty and excellent, thank you to the housekeepers! 🤗 Finally a big thank you to Rachid, our driver who was our guide in Marrakech and made himself available at every moment. We recommend the villa 100% and hope to be able to come back soon!
