Au gré des saisons, vous évoluerez avec cette nature qui vous laissera découvrir des paysages variés et magiques des « bois de Cheyne ». Attenant à notre habitation (ferme typique du Haut-Lignon) avec entrées indépendantes et opposées, ancienne bergerie entièrement restaurée en 2025 en un gite cosy d’environ 30 m2 dans un hameau au calme. Terrasse privée en bois avec vue dominante. Abri fermé pour les vélos et lieu sécurisé pour motos et casques. Randonnées à pied, à vélo au départ du gite (PR 204). Commerces, services, animations et transports au Chambon /Lignon à 3km, Saint Bonnet le Froid à 24 km, les Estables à 29 km.

Lovingly renovated apartment in our 17 century French farm, with a private entrance and courtyard garden. La Source offers an open plan 18m2 living area with a fully equipped hand-crafted kitchen, dining table, and sofa bed. The bedroom is 22m2, with a hand-built bespoke double bed and a single daybed, Smart TV, armchair, hanging space and chest of drawers. There is a wide corridor and a bathroom with a shower. Off road parking, free secure wifi, garden furniture and a BBQ. Open all year.

Located in the Parc régional des monts d'Ardèche, between Le Cheylard and St Agrève in St Julien D'Intres.

Come and discover the Ardèche plateau in Saint-Agrève: the Dolce Via, Lake Deveset, swimming places, a golf course, many hiking trails. Isolated with a view of the forest and at the same time close to the village, the studio allows you to access all amenities while being quiet. Welcome to Mars! Located at the end of the road, it's the gateway to nature! New, well insulated, the cottage is nice without TV or Wi-Fi, leaving room for disconnection. Shop/cafe in the village and summer market on Friday morning. The larger villages are 10 minutes by car (Le Chambon-sur-Lignon, Tence, Saint-Agrève) Close to Mézenc and Lisieux for outdoor activities. Pets welcome!

Heart of the village: "l'alcôve" studio

Located in a traditional 19th century Auvergne farmhouse in the heart of the village, the studio is newly renovated. It is close to all amenities: bakeries, butcher, restaurants, hairdresser, pharmacy, farmers' market, ... In a Scandinavian cocooning style, "l'alcôve" will welcome you for your green getaways or the discovery of local products.

Marie's Cabin

A real cozy nest, everything has been thought out for your comfort. A cozy place, furnished by Marie with natural and raw materials. The separate bathroom allows for rest and relaxation. The terrace allows you to enjoy a good time with your favorite reading, have breakfast or spend a pleasant evening by the warmth of the fire pit.
