Stefania is a special, discreet and present person at the same time, she hasn't lacked anything with a really uncommon care. Due to my negligence, I could not access the free wifi, she immediately sent the technician and without waiting for her to arrive, she recharged the credit to make up for the inconvenience. Which I had caused. Having stayed in other apartments on the Red Sea, I can say that Stefania's apartment has a taste and cleanliness infinitely superior to what's around. House furnished with Italian care, and super equipped kitchen with everything. A stay in Egypt but with all Italian amenities. The apartment is inside an elegant, quiet and clean resort. Sea e. pictured beach. Super super recommended !!!!!!!

Ahmed is a very good host! He is extremely helpful, organizes cheap transfers, gives good tips and accommodates you with everything. The place is very nice! The air conditioning works great, the decor is nicely designed, you have a lot of space, it is clean and the kitchen/bathroom also work perfectly. It was my second time staying here and after a very good first time, it's gotten even better since then. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay away from tourist hotels in the heart of Marsa Alam City and is looking for a cheap, very good place to stay. Worth every penny!

Fantastic 1 bedroom condo - beach view with a huge terrace. The kitchenette is fully equipped. The living area is super cozy with full view of the sea. The bedroom also has a full view of the sea. Sunrise and Sunset are magical from the terrace. Easy 10 minutes walk to the downtown area and there is an Italian restaurant in 2 minutes walk from the condo. Those who are interested in activities, we offer lessons in kite-surfing and diving. Also, dessert-safari can be arranged.

Stefania was a great host, always available and quick to deal with minor setbacks. The apartment is very well located, inside the resort, with a supermarket, restaurants, swimming pools, and a beach within the vicinities. While it's not a big apartment, it can become a little bit overcrowded for four people sometimes, but it turned out to be very practical with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great stay in Marsa Alam thanks to Mohamed. Very cute apartment, beautiful decor and beautiful terrace! Stay particularly great thanks to Mohamed who offered us a small program to discover his region and its culture: unusual places, activities, traditional cuisine with him...
