We had a great time there. Really good for a getaway with a big group. Supermarket and the sea are easy to reach by foot. The Sea by Indrive/Didi. Really worth a stop.

My family and I had a wonderful stay - walking to the beach for our kids to play and watch the sunset, plunging into the pool, and enjoying breakfast on the balcony. It was a lovely escape from Cairo and close enough to pop over to Alex for some sight seeing.

Sanaa and Mr Salah were very hospitable,answering all our needs and guiding us to the max for anything we needed !It was an amazing vacation and definitely not the last time 👍👍

A very nice property. Very friendly supportive host. Beautiful environment with direct access to lovely sandy beach and magic turquoise sea. The villa is very comfortable and has own parking spot. Everything was working. The host even left us some Snacks and drinks. Would definitely come back

I recommend this home. It has everything (even a flat iron which is rare in most Egyptian places), it feels like Greece and stands out because of the colours. The rooms are spacious and enough for you not to be in anybody’s way or space. We had such a great time at ROSILAND Villa, even though we had trouble with the lock on day one, Ahmed was very responsive and proactive despite the fact that we checked in at 2am. He was patient with us and walked us through it all. But it’s safe to say that the accommodation is very secure. Ahmed also made sure that we had access to all the fun places and things, offered contacts for transportation, places to eat and was generally very hospitable. Again, I strongly recommend staying here! If not for the beautiful aesthetic and hospitality, do it for Ahmed.

My family and I knew we wanted to stay in Marassi when we came to visit Egypt. It was a very easy choice when looking at this listing! Everything was absolutely beautiful and the views were unmatchable. Our hosts were responsive and were very helpful. If we had any questions, they were accessible via phone or Airbnb. We loved our stay. The community is very family friendly and the chalet is in a perfect location. We walked to the pool, beach and playground very easily. The chalet has been very well maintained especially considering sea air and sand can be tough on houses. You tell Rami and his family have made efforts to keep the property comfortable and up to date. We will definitely be back next summer.

I can't say enough about this hidden gem, both the location and Mohamed. Can I give 6 or 7 stars instead of 5? After being in Cairo for a week I was ready for a slower pace and some nature, and I found it! The generosity of Mohamed (and lucky for me I was also able to meet his daughter, who is equally a beautiful person) was above and beyond. The accommodation was decorated so cute, but not full of unnecessary items. A lot of little details were considered here. If children come to this Air B&B, there is plenty for them to play with inside, but hopefully they would be outside interacting with all of the animals, nature and other children around the property. I am a female solo traveler and Mohamed was so kind to me, explaining cultural aspects of his life to me, taking me to interesting places, answering all of my questions and also just leaving me to explore the surrounding areas of his property. This was a once in a lifetime experience for me, loved it so much!

The host Mr. Ahmed was very welcoming, he en offered to pick us up at the bus station even though we arrived during the night. We really enjoyed our time there.

Ahmed was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had! Yeah, I truly mean that. He was incredibly helpful, always quick to respond, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He gave us amazing recommendations and even helped us discover some wonderful places we wouldn’t have found on our own. Truly a kind and generous host — I would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!

¡Todo fue perfecto! Si vienes a Siwa tienes que quedarte en este alojamiento!! Es completamente privado, limpio y ordenado. El anfitrión es lo máximo, siempre está al pendiente de ti. Te recomiendo adquirir el tour con comida incluida. Conocimos Siwa de una manera muy especial y única. Estamos encantados de este paraíso. La comida que prepararon para nosotros por un costo adicional fue excelente y muy rica. Fueron todos muy detallistas y amables con nosotros. Hasta nos dieron un pastel de regalo por nuestro luna de miel junto a mi esposo. Nos apoyaron en todo, estaba un poco enferma y me prepararon un té para mejorarme. Nos trajeron todo lo que necesitábamos para que nuestra estadía fuera perfecta. Nos permitieron quedarnos unas horas más antes de que saliera nuestro bus. La comunicación es excelente, desde meses se comunicaron conmigo para que todo fuera perfecto. Las habitaciones son hermosas, la piscina para refrescarte es perfecta. Este fue mi destino favorito de Egipto. ❤️

Ziena‘s place with immaculately clean me being in a wheelchair makes things difficult so it’s not wheelchair accessible but you can access it if that makes any sense no Wheelchair transportation across from the marina but I can’t get there so that is a bummer and no Pizza Delivery but was able to get Amazon and groceries Delivered she is an excellent host. There are a lot of mosquitoes and needs to be some screens put up because you can’t keep the doors open or you’ll get bit and tortured by flies and mosquitoes and you can’t open the windows because flies and mosquitoes.

I have been to many places all over Egypt. And I found in this apartment everything I was looking for. The apartment is super clean, well furnished, has A brand new quite AC in the room, A TV with netflix supscription that was helpful to amuse the kids, comfortable beds with clean sheets and comforters. Clean restroom and kitchen and most importantly clean kitchenware that you can use to eat or drink with no worries. Something you may not find easily when you look for apartments. It's first line from the sea and has an amazing view. I have been to hotels in Alexandria, Sharm El Sheikh, Hurgada and Ain Al sokhna. I paid more and never had that spectacular view. always a small side view while the sea is far away. The host is super friendly, Replies in no time, Very helpful. I have found clean towels, soft drinks for us in the fridge and some snacks in the kitchen. I have also found a broom, mop and kitchen towel. Anything that you will need during your stay is available.

I was very happy with my stay at Nada's apartment. I couldn't have wished for a nicer, cleaner or more spacious apartment. It was ideal in so many ways. The neighbourhood was peaceful and friendly. The local area had a wealth of shops and many good restaurants. Also it was within a short walk to the beautiful downtown area and many historical sites, as well as the seaside corniche. All in all, I recommend this apartment highly for a relaxing, fun and interesting stay. The owner was very friendly, helpful and proactive and really helped to make my stay there pleasant and memorable. I would certainly consider returning one day as it is such a lovely apartment and neighbourhood.

The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, Communication was seamless! The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.

We had an incredible stay at Moataz’s place. Squeaky clean penthouse with direct lagoon view and sea view. Roof was amazing. The place has all the amenities. Definitely will be coming back.

Excellent accueil des parents de Mina qui ne pouvait être là pendant mon séjour. Appartement très propre et à proximité du centre-ville et de tous les sites remarquables de la ville. Un supermarché et un marché de fruits, légumes et poissons tout proche. Quartier agréable. Je recommande.
