Close to shops and restaurants, with a central location that makes it easy to visit a large part of Marseille on foot or by transport (it is close to the tram and two metro lines). On the courtyard side, the balcony with its unobstructed view of the roofs is ideal for breakfast in the morning and the aperitif at the end of the day. Crossing with double East-West exposure, it is bathed in light throughout the day.

There are about ten steps to access the accommodation and the bed in the room is raised 1 m, so I do not recommend it for people with reduced mobility. We live there if needed
