Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Marsfield

We had a wonderful few days celebrating a special family occasion in Sydney and were delighted we stayed at Helen’s. She was attentive, responsive and friendly. The home is superb. All the facilities you could need. Very well set up for multiple generations staying together- plenty of space and luxurious comfort everywhere. Well priced compared to 3 or 4 hotel rooms- and so much more comfortable. Could not recommend this more highly. We’ll be back!

This was our second visit to He's place because we found it to be such a lovely, comfortable & convenient place to stay the first-time round. He's place is very well supplied. You get your own entrance to the large upstairs apartment above the main house. Sometimes muffled sound travelled but we didn't find it a problem. My husband particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the early evening, relaxing and taking in the view.

Eric’s place was spacious for our family of 16! More than adequate number of beds. Loved the kitchen x2 and we had a great time cooking and feasting. Kitchen appliances are very well equipped. Living area although not large enough to accommodate all 16 of us, but we just brought some chairs over from the dinning room. Suggestion: maybe a heater at the dinning area, that would be perfect. We had a lovely time at Eric’s place! Would definitely recommend if you are travelling in a large group!

Super easy check in, amazing views, and everything you could need Loved it

My family and I stayed at this coastal retreat in Bronte Beach, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is stunning, with views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The property is beautifully maintained, offering impeccable style, large bedrooms, many bath/bathing options, multiple spacious gathering areas, and a great kitchen. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the cozy beds to the well-equipped kitchen. The coastal walks, Bronte Baths/Beach and Bondi Beach are on the must see list. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, this Airbnb and the location exceeded my expectations. The pictures in the listing are accurate but cannot thoroughly convey the loveliness of this place.

Jianwei is a great host. She's very friendly and responsive. She always stands ready to provide prompt feedback to any questions I asks regarding my stay at her place. Her home is amazing and is just a few distance away from the main shopping centres, the bus stop, and the train station. I highly recommend her home to anyone who wish to live in during their stay in Sydney. I'm definitely going back there in my future visits to Sydney, New South Wales. Thank you so much.

What a beautiful, peaceful place that had all the necessary amenities a 2 min walk from the spectacular pearl beach. It was perfect & Carla and Chloe were great hosts and were very generous to give us a late check out on Sunday. The spa is pretty special although a bit finicky if you don’t know how to use it - thankfully our hosts were very responsive in helping with this. My only note is to maybe make sure if you need more linen/towels than what they provide for the 4 doubles and one single bed (9 people). We booked the house for 11 (there is a room with fold out couches) but those 2 guests didn’t get towels or linen. Final thing is the property has close neighbours so there are a lot of rules to do with noise etc. This makes sense as I assume the hosts have been burned before and must protect their relationship with the local community but if you want somewhere you can feel free to sing your heart out around the fire pit until the wee hours go elsewhere. Wonderful location and big accommodation with awesome backyard. House is full of necessary items

beautiful house & location,what a magnificent view. Pool was very clean ,surrounds untidy,needs a gardener. Inside clean & comfortable,Aircon,washer& dryer a godsend. I spent lots of time on lounge outside marveling at all going on with the sea,very relaxing. Close to shops & restaurants.

The host is friendly and responsible, taking care like a family, everything is supportive. The place is easy to reach just few minutes walk for shopping. Beautiful front yard and you can stay relax under sunshine. Recommend to people who love peaceful, supportive hosting and convenience for life.

Very very good host very honest and nice person

Easy stay. very enjoyable time. the only things that could have been improved are extra tea towels, a few more kitchen things, instructions to use the tv and more storage as most cupboards were locked. Overall very nice stay and we were all comfortable. Beds were very comfortable but needed a few more pillows. thankyou.

We had a great stopover at A Place to Be in North Richmond. The cottage was peaceful yet close to shops, and the highlight was soaking in the double baths while watching the stars—such a relaxing experience! Zoe was a fantastic, communicative host and made everything clear and easy. Would definitely stay again!
