The house, 4 miles from Lyme Regis, is light, clean, spacious & comfortable, w/ central heating, 2 wood-stoves & a lovely eat-in kitchen. We have an airy new double bed ensuite studio which can be rented for xtra £75 per night - still 8 guests max. 1 pet only. High season, generally 7 days minimum booking, change over day Friday.

This period cottage all on the ground floor, is at Laverstock Farm in the heart of the countryside. You’ll love it because of the cosiness, the views and the space. My place is good for couples and small families (with kids) and dogs. It has a king size bed and single bed in a large room so is also great for those looking for a twin room. Sunnyside at Waterhouse Farm is a spacious farmhouse on our working farm in West Dorset, surrounded by fields and woodland. The house has a fenced garden and easy access to miles of local footpaths. Upstairs are two large ensuite bedrooms: one with a king bed, the other with either three singles or a double and single. Downstairs features a cosy sitting room with wood burner, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, plus a utility room with cloakroom.

The Railway Wagon, Nr Lyme Regis

The Wagon is a a fully converted fruit and vegetable railway wagon which was originally used on the Weymouth to London line between 1927 and 1931, since then it has been turned into a self catering, fully functioning wagon that can sleep 2 adults.
