Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Marta

My friend and I made a last minute decision to stay over in Orvieto and we are grateful that Lidia and her team had this second floor unit available! It is close to everything and a stone's throw from Duomo.

Casa Mimosa is absolutely amazing place, surrounded by nature, very peacefull and with a stunning view! Apartment itself is kept up to the highest standards- extremely clean, functioning and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Little touches like hand made soap, bread and olive oil, selection of tea bags and a kettle, water in the fridge or cereals and milk for the breakfast made us feel spoiled and very looked after. Teresa is more like a friend than a host. She is very knowledgeable about the area and will give you tips and recommendations at any time. We loved talking with her about pretty much everything. At the same time she is very discreet and attentive. There is so much more I could say about her and Casa Mimosa... An absolute paradise! And of course cannot forget about Penny the dog- officially my husband's best friend and her new boyfriend😅

Biba and Danilo were fantastic when we checked in. AC was already cooling the place down which was perfect on such a hot day. The house is very well appointed and comfortable. Thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Andrea is a fantastic host, the stay was impeccable and communications easy and timely, not least he perfectly managed an inconvenience created by the person who was staying with me.

The house and location are simply a dream! Thank you very much, dear Christine and dear Christian, for making this beautiful place available to us! We spent a week with our little daughter (2 years) in this fantastic house and enjoyed every minute. The surrounding attractions are fantastic, and the large garden invites you to relax and linger. Communication was excellent. Stephanie, our local contact person, welcomed us warmly, explained everything to us in detail and was always available to answer any questions. She also had great tips for grocery stores. Christine was also there with her family for a few days, and it was a pleasure to meet her. It was exciting to learn more about the history of the house. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this vacation home! Thanks for everything!

Sere and Sara's house is very comfortable, equipped with everything and spacious. Very clean, in a side street to a beautiful typical Tuscan square where there is a bar a stone's throw away for every need. Great restaurants on the doorstep. We felt at home, the surroundings are very beautiful and it is close to the island of Giglio, Porto Santo Stefano, Pitigliano and Sorano... We were able to spend 3 beautiful days in Maremma and at the sea... Sara was very kind and provided us with all the necessary information... I recommend this beautiful accommodation to everyone!

Consuelo was very welcoming and immediately made me feel at home. She took the time to show me around the apartment and offered to make me reservations for dinner. The apartment was very comfortable and the record collection is killer! Will definitely book again next time I'm in Nepi.

THE BEST! My first view out the small terrace was possibly the most beautiful I will ever see: a large mountainside of fields, olive and grape vineyards, quaint homes and large monasteries, winding roads and long high speed passenger trains! Inside, the design and materials of this home cannot be beat: a beautiful combination of 3000 year old history stocked full of modern comforts! Open the doors and windows and feel the breeze waft through smelling of honeysuckle and jasmine. Giovanni’s Castle on the Rock is just amazing. We especially were interested in the Orvieto tuff caves dug by the Bronze Age Etruscans. Beneath our feet were two floors of these caves, beautifully finished and lit with marble and tile floors and steps. Nearby were two more remarkable systems of caves: Il Labirinto and Della La Cava. The latter is less than a block away. Both are far better than the Orvieto Underground! Treat yourselves to this delightful discovery! It’s the perfect rest stop in a medieval city!

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

The house is as beautiful as in the pictures. It is also very pleasant to live in. The large pool is a delight for young and old. The fully fenced grounds are a real plus, our dog was able to explore the premises independently. Everything is done to ensure that visitors have a wonderful vacation. We also took advantage of the olive oil and fresh vegetables brought by the next market gardener. Catharine is a lovely host and very available. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful time staying with Andrea. He was very welcoming and always available to help. He assisted us with great recommendations and with booking restaurants and wineries. The tower itself is a truly unique place, and the peaceful surroundings created the perfect atmosphere for our stay.

The accommodation was really nice, both outside for its location in the oldest part of Trevignano Romano, and inside with a very cozy decor and respectful of the type of environment. Inside we found all the promised comforts and Host Ambra was really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend

What an amazing and magical place. Extremely recommended.

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

Wonderful and scenic beautiful accommodations in a peaceful and serene surroundings. Pool on our doorsteps and felt like we had it all to ourselves, there flying swifts and surrounded by nature. The apartment had everything we needed - a well equipped kitchen, nice smelling soft towels. Cristina was an amazing and friendly host, super helpful and answered any questions we had. And we had a lot. She provided us with a steamer for us to iron our clothes for a wedding we were attending for our stay. She was clear and flexible and allowed us to extend an extra night last minute. We would love to come come back and stay again. We highly recommend this place 🤍

We had a great time at Marco's place. The apartment was spacious and cool even on hot August days, and was very well equipped. The pool shared with other guests allowed you to cool off and the house was well located and with clear views. Radicofani is a very nice village with some shops and restaurants, and within an hour's drive you can visit many interesting places.

Everything was perfect! Highly recommended, the apartment was perfect and the hosts were super friendly. Very comfortable for going to the racetrack.

Really gorgeous apartment that is well appointed and comfortable. Bathrooms have huge showers which can be hard to find in Europe, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the views from the balcony are gorgeous. Also very convenient to be able to do laundry on a long trip with the washer and dryer. Highly recommend for families or groups of friends who might want a nice place to gather and spend some nights in cooking and socializing. Town is charming and has good restaurants and coffee bars. The surrounding countryside is beautiful!

The house is located on a hill and you need to climb up to get to downtown but it only takes 5 minutes to be there. Via Della cava is a known location. We enjoyed the different restaurants and the local shops. We were able to enjoy Orvieto for 3 days and travel to other places very easily. We also cooked at Lucia’s house for one of our meals. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this place for a couple or small family who wants to enjoy the beautiful history and art created in Orvieto. The Domo is so beautiful. Don’t miss it.

Andrea is a very friendly and generous host, and it was a lovely stay in Bagnaia. I would recommend having a car; Bagnaia is not as well-connected to public transit as Google Maps suggests it is.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

We really liked this apartment. It is new and spotlessly clean. It has comfortable furniture and beds, modern kitchen and baths, lots of natural light. The location is excellent, about a block from the lake in this pretty village. Carlo is a well organized host and provides everthing you need. He responds immediately to any questions. We recommend this apartment without hesitation.
