The house, renovated in keeping with its authenticity, is in the heart of the historic center of Matino, in one of the oldest courtyards, close to the Marchesale Palace. It is ideal for spending your holidays in absolute tranquility while being just a few km from Gallipoli and the most beautiful beaches of Salento. It is a penthouse with three terraces, one of which is panoramic from which you can admire the white houses of the town, the Salento countryside and the sea of Gallipoli with the lighthouse.

I recently restored this ancient house, consisting of a bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washing machine. The vaults are star-shaped and the bedroom retains the original stone floor. The garden has a small citrus grove and a built-in barbecue. The house is in the historic center of Galugnano, a small town 10 km from Lecce, 20 km from the Adriatic and about 30 km from the Ionian, near the road that connects Lecce to Leuca.

Our beautiful historical terrace house was built in 17th century, is located in the middle of historical centre of Gallipoli, near the Basilica di Sant'Agata and was completely renovated with great care in 2018 with the idea of creating a very comfortable, quiet and relaxing place. Great restaurants, chic bars, beautiful Purita beach and shops are all 2 minutes by walk from the front door. Large car parking is about 200 m from our house.
