Holiday rentals with a kayak in Martha's Vineyard

This house is privately set in a quiet neighborhood. Grays Beach boardwalk is at the end of the road and very walkable. The location is so convenient to shopping places, historic houses, and an easy drive to the NPS beaches. The beds are comfortable and the house is well supplied.

This property is on another level. It’s the four seasons of Airbnb. It’s such an immaculate place to stay and we loved every part of it. The cleanliness, the high quality of the essentials, the coziness, ambience and so much more was truly worth the stay.

We have stayed at Brian’s place two years in a row, and it is by far the best airbnb we have ever stayed at. We love the amenities! Also, it is always incredibly clean and has super comfortable beds. Brian is incredibly responsive and accommodating, overall, an amazing host! We highly recommend staying here and plan to come back again!

You will find in this home everything your family would need for a relaxing stay and visit on Cape Cod. The kitchen and the bathrooms have been renovated. Furniture was plenty, comfortable and clean. Centrally located, close to Hyannnis, grocery stores and Route 6. We cooked in two out of three nights and found anything we needed. We did not make use of the kayaks, fire pit and outdoor living space due to weather, but all those items will greatly enhance your stay.

I had high expectations coming in, but this home exceeded them by far. The interior is spotless, the condition is great, you could see that the owners put a lot of effort into it with lots of nice little touches to improve utility and aesthetics. Eugeniya was super helpful the entire time, she and Rudy are awesome hosts. I want to point out that the location is also very nice. We liked the town, the restaurants, the beach (15-20 minutes drive), Mashpee Commons. Santuit pond is wonderful and provides some nice fishing spots. The big pleasant surprise was the Santuit Pond Reserve, it’s in walking distance and provides tons of great hiking opportunities. There are many other attractions nearby, I recommend visiting Heritage Museums & Gardens in Sandwich (20 minutes away). Overall we had the best time, I highly recommend this place!

This was one of the nicest airbnbs that I have stayed in. The place was absolutely beautiful and so clean. The space was perfect for a weekend getaway. We had 6 girls and we had so much room. The house is perfect for entertaining with a giant JBL speaker, pool table, and amazing outdoor space. I was so impressed with all the amenities and little things Sue thought of. She was extremely responsive and was flexible with check in. This place is absolutely worth the money, I highly recommend staying here!

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house is in a very special location, with a very short and easy walk to the beach, and right next to a pond. Our boys woke up bright and early each morning to fish in the pond and we could sit on the deck and watch them reel in some nice fish! Hot tub was a nice bonus. The neighborhood was walkable and the beach was really beautiful. Thankful to have found this house and been able to stay for a few days. Host was responsive and easy to work with!

We had such a fantastic stay at Sue’s beautiful Edgartown home! The house was charming, spotless, and well-stocked with everything we needed—from kids’ toys and extra keys to cozy spaces for the whole family. Even with some chilly weather, we made great memories thanks to Sue’s warmth and hospitality. One huge highlight was the car rental—what a convenient bonus! It was clean, reliable, and made exploring the island a breeze. Sue was responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay, checking in with helpful suggestions and going above and beyond. She truly made us feel at home. From shell picking at Felix Neck to relaxing in the playroom and enjoying everything the Vineyard has to offer, our family had a wonderful time. We’re already talking about our next trip back—and hoping Sue’s hot tub addition is ready by then! Highly recommend!

Our stay at Lisa's place was very pleasant. Her home is very nice with a lovely view of the lake and plenty of space for large families (we were only four people but can easily accommodate a few more). The neighborhood does not have a lot of car traffic which is great for walking and jogging around the lake. And it is also relatively close to Falmouth downtown and convenient stores. Lisa was very easy to communicate with and is very courteous and friendly. She really seems to care about her guests' comfortability. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Thank you, Lisa!

The cabin was quaint and cozy. The view was spectacular! I would return again and again. Very clean and convenient for my needs at that time. Was visiting my friends daughter and her grandchildren. They were over for a visit and it was perfect for our get together.

This was our second time staying at Peyton's Place and probably not the last! We love the homey, beachy vibe of the house. We can imagine all the family memories there. There's plenty to walk to and keep two teen girls entertained... the kayaks are much appreciated. Just steps to the beach makes it easy to pop home for lunch or go to beach for an evening walk. There's a new shop in town that I highly recommend... Tide and True. Stephanie is a very responsive and helpful host.

Exactly as described... And Sloane was incredibly proactive. The community had a water outage the morning we were due to check in and she contacted us immediately -- it was completely resolved before we checked in and she stayed on top of everything for us. Highly recommend visiting this cottage! Thank you, Sloane!

Our family had a wonderful time in Barnstable! Lynn and Ken were extremely responsive and did a great job at communicating when needed. The house was perfect for our family of three. Everything was clean and appeared exactly as the photos presented. We loved spending time on the screened in porch and the outdoor shower was a plus. Being less than 5 minutes from Craigville Beach was ideal along with the use of the beach pass. We would recommend this listing to anyone without hesitation and hope to book again for a future stay!

We had a great stay. We rented the cottage a little last minute but Leah was able to make it happen for us! You can walk down to the water which is nice, especially with kids. Very cozy. Thank you!!

Cute spot! Loved the ease to the water! Got in first night and they even had the light on for us. Close to anything you need!! Perfect for a Mother’s Day get anyway for me and my three girls! Fished/boated/swam and had a great time! Van was willing to accommodate a late check out for. Decent price, although we ended up heading out on time I was grateful for this! Can’t wait to go back! Rebecca could not have been a more gracious host. In the days leading up to our stay she was responsive to questions and had lots of recommendations. When we got there she had some gifts and flowers waiting and the house was exactly as advertised. Additionally, we had a medical issue and had to leave a bit early and she was extremely accommodating of our change in plans. Would definitely stay there again.
