Pilgrims Cottage-Luxury Grade 1 Listed cottage

KarenRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Beautifully restored home in the most extraordinary location - opposite the Church, and with the remains of the ancient Abbey just down the road. Everything in the house is the finest quality - even the hairdryers are GHD! You’ll be very comfortable. Pollyanna was a perfect host. Three characterful pubs in this small, quaint town, and just a 15 minute drive to Dorchester (go to the Curiosity Centre!). Would very happily stay again.

Apartment with panoramic sea views

IreneRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Yes, all the 5 star reviews are true! Our stay at Joy’s place was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The apartment was spotless. Joy supplied some wonderful goodies, pastries, scrumptious bread, biscuits and fresh fruit and milk. Lots of information about the area. As the buses were so frequent we used them to visit some wonderful scenic places. Everything one would want for a short stay. The views are amazing with lots of lovely walks nearby which our little dog Mollie loved.

Enchanting Manor Coach House

SusanRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Coach House was well-appointed with everything we needed. The location was so peaceful with only the birdsong to listen to. We loved being able to walk straight out to the hills and enjoy the beautiful countryside. The local pub is really friendly with great food. The accommodation was really comfortable, clean and we would love to stay again. Thank you.

Cosy Country Cabin

MartinRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We really enjoyed our stay at Annette’s cabin. It was exactly as we had hoped after seeing the photos. It is cute and charming and just the spot to relax in, and a great spot to explore the area from. Annette and Russ were very friendly and we couldn’t have asked for any more from them. We hope to be back some day to enjoy this beautiful spot again.

Fantastic location for visiting Dorset. Great local pub with live music on Mondays. The house is comfortable and well equipped for cooking in. Thoughtful welcome touch with fresh milk in the fridge and biscuits. Delightful little garden. Kelly provided lots of helpful information about the area.

Moorhen cabin

SallyRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We had the most wonderful stay at the cabin. The cabin itself is light and airy, whilst cosy and comfortable. We came with our 8 month old and there was plenty of space for the 3 of us. The grounds were beautiful and we were able to use a good chunk of the garden. We felt very comfortable in the space and welcomed. The host Carolynn was absolutely fantastic. Great communication, gave us good recommendations and was just so helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend staying at this wonderful place!!

The Granary - a peaceful, rural location.

PeterRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a very comfortable three nights at the Granary. The accommodation is just on the western side of Martinstown but walkable into the pretty village and pub (unfortunately we didn’t have time to sample the beer!). We liked the quietness of the location and the beautiful rural views. We’ll go back soon!
