This cottage WITHOUT electricity, offers you the desired comfort by being totally independent. Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. The accommodation was built on the site of the old stable, with modern materials, and includes a full kitchen and bathroom. The entrance to the accommodation is shared with that of the main house. This accommodation is in the countryside, on a large lot surrounded by hilly fields, while being less than 15 minutes from downtown Sherbrooke.

Located in a roundabout near the university and 410. Large apartment in semi-basement with large window. No shared rooms, independent outdoor entrance and self exit. Room 2 is locked, open from a reservation of 3 people (you can be 2 and book for 3). We live above and we have two young boys. The large oven no longer works, but there is a mini oven. Parking available. *Parties prohibited
