Hallo Richard, dein Haus war wunderbar – wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Uns als Familie haben nur die Waschmaschine und ein Wäscheständer ein wenig gefehlt 😄 Aber das war kein großes Problem. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder zu dir – es war ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ruhig und perfekt für unsere Kinder und unsere kleine Hündin Alexa. Das große, bezaubernde Grundstück und die schöne Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Alles ist gut erreichbar – ob Riga oder Jūrmala. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt! Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße! Fantastic little gem hidden in the outskirts of Jurmala. Private yard, spacious house and of course a very nice Sauna and well maintained garden!

Очень уютный домик. Есть все необходимое для проживания. Свой участок двора, что для нас очень важно, так как мы любим барбекю. Тихий район, рядом был хороший продуктовый магазинчик. До центральной улицы Юрмалы пешком 15 минут, к морю минут 20.

Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche in der Unterkunft und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist einfach und klein. Man läuft ca. 10 Minuten zum Strand. Es ist ein wundervoller, sehr sauberer Strand mit dem feinsten Sand, den ich je gesehen habe. Man läuft in 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof, von dort fährt zwei mal pro Stunde ein Zug nach Riga (ca. 30 Minuten Fahrzeit). Auf diese Weise kann man wunderbar die Vorteile einer Städtetour mit einem Strandurlaub verbinden. Und Riga ist eine der schönsten Städte, die ich je gesehen habe. Inese war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns perfekt unterstützt. Danke!

Herzlichen Dank an Pauls! Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Pauls Häuschen, haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Pauls hat viel dafür getan, dass wir es gut hatten. Die Lage ist ganz fantastisch, der Strand und das Meer so nah und der Kiefernwald besonders verzaubernd. Das Haus ist hell und sehr schön gestaltet, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und hatten alles, was wir brauchen.

We had a fantastic week in Jurmala in this very clean and cosy flat. It was absolutely quiet, so you can sleep with open window. Only few minutes to walk to the station/train to Riga (30 min. for 1,50€) and to the beach. Supermarkets, bakery/bistro just around the corner. We can highly recommend to stay here at Argis', who is a very nice and friendly person (thanks again for the drive from/to the airport)!

Fantastisks dzīvoklis. Ideāli der 3-4 cilvēku ģimenei. 200 m no pludmales un tuvu Līvu akvaparkam, kā arī Dzintaru mežaparkam. Liela virtuve ar visu nepieciešamo, liela vannas istaba, daudz skapju drēbēm un mantām. Ir iekšējais pagalms, kur var sauļoties vai grillēt. Komunicēt ar saimnieku bija viegli un patīkami.

Очень приятный и уютный дом со всем необходимым для комфортного проживания ❤️ Удобное расположение - между центром Риги, Юрмалой и аэропортом. Единственный маленький минус - после выселения, если у вас есть ещё время погулять до отъезда, негде оставить вещи.

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Great location, peaceful atmosphere, and everything I needed was provided. The host was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Well equipped and lovely apartment, thank you! There are some minor inaccuracies in the listing though. There was no information to access on-premise parking, but street parking was easily available. It is a low season now, wasn’t an issue for now. The beach access is available, it takes some 7-10 minutes to get there and needs to cross a relatively busy street. But then the beach is lovely with a restaurant nearby. Overall a good experience, would visit again!

Wir haben uns von Beginn an wohlgefühlt. Die Küche ist top eingerichtet inkl Toaster, Wasserkocher, Geschirrspüler und es gibt auch genug Geschirr. Mo-So kann man im Supermarkt in der Nähe shoppen, frisches Brot/Brötchen inklusive. Der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuß einfach erreichbar. Von dort kann man für 2 Euro nach Jurmala fahren. Alles andere geht auch zu Fuß dank der tollen Lage der Wohnung. Rita war so freundlich und wir durften früher ein- und später auschecken. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir empfehlen das Apartment zu 150%

Agitas mājoklis patīkami pārsteidza! Fotogrāfijās jau tas bija labs, bet dabā ir vēl daudz labāks. Kamīns, kuru var vērot gan no guļamistabas, gan no dzīvojamās istabas, radīja mājīgumu. Gulta ir tiešām milzīgā un ērta. Kvalitatīva, dabīga gultas veļa. Vannas istaba ir plaša, gaiša un ļoti skaista! Ļoti iesaku!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The check in instructions were very clear, the apartment was spotless and well organised with everything we needed. The washing machine and pods was a really helpful extra. Also the local guide was very helpful, we visited some of the recommended places for food and they didn’t disappoint. Great location for exploring the Old Town and further afield.

Great place to stay and very conveniently located to restaurants and bars. And a close walk to all the main areas and tourist spots.

Die Wohnung von Martin ist wie auf den Bildern abgebildet und beschrieben. Alles Notwendige war vorhanden und sauber. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen um die Altstadt und auch den Bahnhof fußläufig zu erreichen. Martin war immer gut zu erreichen und hat schnell, freundlich und hilfreich reagiert. Wir würden immer wieder zurückkehren und können Martin als Gastgeber und seine Wohnung nur empfehlen.

A beautifully decorated apartment, with all possible amenites supplied. It was very clean and within easy walking distance of all the Old Town sights, and had an included parking spot in the secure courtyard. The hosts were marvelous, and very pro-active, and quick to reply to any questions we had. We were there when the weather was a bit changeable, and the apartment doesn't get too much natural light, but we didn't find this a problem. We were greeted with a host of complementary drinks in the fridge, and numerous sweets, and this was a real highlight. Highly recommended.

we really enjoyed staying at Martins' place. well stocked, beautifuly furnished, spacious apartment. we loved the deck and Nespresso machine was a nice touch. great communication and flexible check in and out, that we really appreciated. there were 3 of us and that was perfect, two extra beds are not private and maybe works for kids/teenagers. location is perfect! right next to art nouveau neighborhood and a short walk to the old town. plenty of restaurants and shops close by. I would definitely recommend Martins' place.

Excellent location, beautiful building and apartment. Clean, light, comfortable, spacious. I wish it could be mine ;-D ;-D
