Holiday rentals with a patio in Maryland Heights

We loved this beautiful house, full of gorgeous wood and metalwork details. Simply and comfortably furnished, with countless thoughtful touches: breakfast in the fridge, a plethora of snacks — we could even have baked a cake! Thoughtfulness extended to bathroom supplies, children’s equipment, games, and kitchen equipment. Rich was very responsive to questions. The street is lovely, with mature trees and well-kept century-old homes. Getting there the first time was tricky, but once you’ve got it figured out it’s easy.

This was our second time staying here. We love the location and walkability to so many great restaurants and of course love ending the night at UpDown just a block away. We plan on staying here for future trips as well.

We traveled here for my sister’s wedding, Janet was super responsive and extremely pleasant to work with! She was flexible and answered any and all questions in a time and pleasant manner! I would 100% visit again and would recommend this place! Thank you Janet again you made our trip very nice.

The apartment was very comfortable and within a short driving distance to lots of local attractions. Chris was very clear on how to get into the apartment, where to park, and how to keep the apartment in good condition for other guests. He was very responsive to every message we sent.

We loved the neighborhood it was a great area great food places to eat and not to far from Busch Stadium or the arch and only 30 minutes from 6 flags. My family loved it Would highly recommended this place. Friendly neighborhood as well

Great place! The bed was so comfortable and there was great water pressure in the shower. Now that I got the important stuff out the way, this place is so cute! I came in with my pup and stayed in St. Louis for about a day and a half, and this was perfect for us. It is exactly like the photos and the host were responsive and so kind. I was able to drive into and from STL easy peasy. I would definitely recommend this place!

This is the cleanest Air bnb we have stayed at. The two king size beds are very comfy. The bedrooms are roomy. The house is cutely decorated and the neighbors are quiet. We enjoyed walking our dogs in the neighborhood. Carondelet Park is a beautiful shady park close by maybe a five minute or so walk. There is a Snucks grocery store and a YMCA very close.

This house has a great floor plan for a small family/couple. Very quiet neighborhood, close to downtown and Godfrey.

Place is in a super convenient location right off the highway, neatly located close to some pretty neat, authentic St. Louis places. We loved it. It was just what we needed for our stay!

Kiesa place is great and Huge! Bus 🚌 stop is walkable with connections to Metro 🚇 easy to connect! Community is quiet and peaceful! The value is great Any of the things to do are no more than 10 minutes away 👋🏿👋🏿👋🏿👋🏿🤙🏿🤙🏿🤙🏿

Riley's place was cute and in a corner lot. I enjoyed that it was off of the main road and quite. it was perfect for what was needed for the few days we stayed. I loved that she had plenty of towels and toilet paper (no one ever has enough of that stuff for people who stay multiple days). Great little place if you're a small group of couple traveling to St. Louis.

We had a really nice stay. Danny was quick to respond, and check in was very easy. Check out requirements were very simple and she really didn’t request a lot. I expected to have to do a lot more before checking out, so that was a nice bonus! The place was exactly as pictured and very clean. Just as the others shared, this biggest “challenge” was the stairs, but still managable. The beds were super comfortable, and the neighborhood was very quiet!! I loved how spacious one of the bedrooms was… we managed to put a queen sized air mattress in it for our daughter. The only things I would have added to my “wishlist” would be to have blackout curtains for the bedrooms (my 3 year old has her own motto “the suns up, so it’s time to wake up!” so we had some early mornings 😅), and a little more comfortable living room furniture for relaxing (we all have bad lower backs 🤣). But overall We definitely recommend Danny’s place and we would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay in a great area. Definitely will be using this airbnb again. We’ve stayed at a lot of soulard airbnbs. This one is perfect and in an even better location!

Great place to stay with a large group. Close walking distance for many activities and short driving distance as well for planned events. Easy to find and simple entering instructions.
