The apartment was very clean and comfortable for my family. My two young children loved the swimming pool and all of the facilities in the building. Very safe and worth the money. Will definitely come back.

The apartment was newly renovated with a smart home in design. We are impressed with the lightings in the house, electric curtains and kitchen appliances etc. In our opinion, this apartment would score perfect 10 if the projector tv just be a smart tv (unable to watch clearly under dim lighting, unlike tv - apps not user friendly) & the water purifier be easier to operate (no water - always prompt need to clean & top up). Having said that, it was not a complaint. We have a great time staying at the place. Recommended to all, especially family with kids.

the place is clean, quiet with such a view! I will definitely come back again. The only thing is that if I am taking public transport or grab, then it is abit tricky as I will need to take a grab from the immigration place to this, but it is not far at all! But if youre driving then this is the place to go! Such a valuable place to stay and appreciate the peaceful atmosphere. Theres also alot of security guards from the lobby to the carparks so quite safe! Only thing is the development for this stay has not been fully up yet so not many shops.

The place was so cosy, we wished we stayed longer! Everything was exactly like the pictures and kept really clean. The host is really responsive and clear with their instructions on how to check-in and check-out. The location is also really ideal. Highly recommend!

Overall it was a great location to stay and relatively peaceful except for the mornings when the construction for RTS train line commences at 8am. The overhead bridge that connects from CIQ to R&F Mall is generally a long 10min to 15min sheltered walk. Only key inconvenience is the temporary "decoupled" bridge that cuts under the future RTS train bridge requires you to go down a long flight of stairs up and down (2 storeys high) to reach either ends - more inconvenient for those carrying heavy or big luggage bags which happened to us 🫣🫩😰. Stay within Phase 1 building, the benefit is we are right above the mall. So walk to food and grocery (Jaya Grocer) is short. Since the mall is quite unoccupied with very few tenants / retail outlets, we can walk to City Square or Komtar easily for shopping options. Not too far walking distance to Jalan Dhoby for cafes and Hiap Joo banana cake shop for your F&B indulgence.

The place is exactly as described in the pictures. They provide essential cooking tools, common condiments, instant noodles, and instant coffee. It was very convenient to prepare simple meals during the stay. I also noticed a small collection of books in Chinese made the space feel even more welcoming. The space was clean, cozy, and felt like a home. The TV didn’t have Netflix, but there was access to Yogurt TV, which offered a variety of channels from all over the country. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped place for a short stay.

The check in instructions (step-by-step given) were clear and easy to understand, accommodation/utilities is as advertised, near to popular places such as AEON Mall which is huge with lots of stores. Aircon was cold, however fridge motor was slightly noisy during the night. Cleanliness 10/10. It was great that host provided bowls and cutleries, which was a good use for ordering food in. Calling Grab transport / food and Food Panda was also easy, just that need to collect from lobby / be at lobby. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for a short vacation as it is affordable and accurately described in the listing. Overall: 9/10

Appreciated Mandy’s responsiveness, before booking and during our stay too - with same day response and support. The place was generally clean with basic amenities provided and near the lift. We had a comfortable stay overall. It’s a good base - walkable to Midvalley Shopping Mall via the back (about 15min relaxed walk).

I had a very comfortable stay here. The place is well maintained and clean, with everything I needed for a smooth visit. The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful, especially regarding the lift issue, which Lynette is clearly aware of and managing attentively. Would definitely recommend!

Clean place with nice views of the beach. Very convenient check in & out procees. host was very helpful to attend to our needs and went the extra mile to bring us the new hairdryer when we informed that it had issues. he also recommended us places to get fireworks and food when we asked.

Room was as shown, unique room meant for couples

The building look rather dim and old from the exterior, however, the unit says otherwise. The unit is clean, neat and spacious. The beds and pillows are very comfy, however the sofa & sofa bed seems to be too soft and sink in. Netflix on the TV is not updated hence not able watch Netflix. The unit near to Mt Austin where very happening at night. Walking to Mt Austin is possible but expected about maybe 15min walk thou. Host is very responsive, sent texts to ensure smooth check in & check out. Host has a helper, Uncle Choi to oversee the unit. Uncle Choi sent texts and videos to guide the check in. Sorry Uncle Choi, you sleep late that night as we check in near midnight. Overall we very satisfied, highly recommended.

Convenient location, just across from Komtar JBCC and walking distance to lots of good food. Check-in/Check-out instructions were clear and the host was quick with replies. Apartment is clean and cosy, free of clutter and has everything you need. Would recommend!

We had a great time! The kids loved the swimming pool and we felt very safe during our stay thanks to the friendly security guards always on premises. The shopping centre on the ground floor was an unexpected bonus! Easy access to all we needed. The place is not in the city centre but a very short commute by grab made it easy and enjoyable. Great view from the balcony. A nice place, we would go back if travelling there again. The host also provided everything we needed for our stay, overall I recommend. Please note that the beach nearby is not for swimming and not clean, please note that if you want to book and want to spend time on the beach.

the host was very responsive especially if you have question. the view was fantastic and the place is so clean. no problem with sockets because the place has many extensions. had a very great stay 💛

The check-in process was easy and convenient, as were the convenience stores located close by. Only at night was there a small amount of traffic noise due to the proximity to the highway.

The place was very clean and well maintained. There are 3 bathrooms which made it easy to get ready for a big family. There are some light snacks and drinks provided for free, which is a good and appreciated touch. Location is good but there are no shops walking distance to the apartment, so have to drive a bit. Overall, I will come here again

Lisa was a great host and she was very responsive to our queries, the location was super with KSL just within reach. The lift to the apartment do get busy on certain days (weekends) but overall experience staying at this Airbnb was great. Will definitely stay again.

Rory’s place was an ideal respite for our family. The location was ideal, near our favourite restaurants and easy to get to anywhere. Listing and instructions were all as stated. Rory and Jack ensured that our inquiries were responded to. Comfy place for our family of 6 to rest, play and unwind.
